i WONT be taking time off. :grin:

i WILL be seeing chiro to fix low back. low abck is whats really holding me back other injuries are misc.

worst class ever just b4, me sitting in tshirt while everone else has coats on. damn it was so hot in class i hate it. im sweating hardout.

then i get home and im going out 2nite only 2 find that the 1 pair of pants i have that are clean AND that fit are the ones i order from this mail order thing. i picked the biggest size they have. they are still not exzactly "loose" around my legs. the waist is huge. i lost my belt. so im gonna hve 2 use rope or somthing lol :grin:

No worries you have been training long enough to listen to your own body and know when not to push it too far.

These "injuries" sound a bit like just the odd niggle or two I have trained through these before.

up in weight for a set, im loving these too.

pushdowns

normally i use the lat pulldown bar and put it on to do this, othersie my hands tend to slip off the end of the bar. but today it was being used so i had to settle for the shitty regular bar

as you can see, slightly down. but still a very good workout.. last 2 ex with prs took a lot of out tris too

BTW what does a cable lateral looke like ?

does it target same deltoid head as seated db side lat raises ?

If so arent you overdoing it ?

cable laterals.. i put on a low pully setting.. if i was gonna do my right middle delt.. i would grab the bar of the machine with my left hand for support, then grab the pully with my right.. and do a lateral raise.

works medial (side) delt.

i dont feel its overdoing it. after doing db laterals, then those.. my delts are on fire.. and the HURT a LOT its painful for like 10min.. muscle pain not anything else.

well ive decided that i will be taking this week off. my back is feeling pretty good now.. but i really dont want to risk it and end up not being able to train for a long time.

so ill try to enjoy this week off, although that will be impossible.. i always feel like im shrinking when i have a week off

hopefully after this week off ill be back to 100% and be plowing my way through the weights

It's just when someone displays such uncharacteristic behavior, I assume they're either losing it or they've been taken over by aliens. In your case, I'll go with the alien theory. :pfft:

man i almost went and trained legs anyway. i want to squat so bad. add some nice weight and rep it out .. would feel so good lol. i day dream about making progress on the squat
