current bodywt = 97-98kg

You bastard! Im knocking on the door of 98, really want to get to 100 as soon as possible so i can start cutting. Nice workout too jono, lovin the incline presses, bis are showing good gains too.

:grin: yeah im looking forward to 100kg+ gains.

to be honest i am carrying quite a lot of fat right now.

however i doubt i will cut for some time. i might do some cardio here and there, but im looking to hold a high weight for a while to solidify the gains ive made

leg pics taken this morning

1st 3, the camera really wash's them out, you cant really tell anything about thickness. so i used a lamp in the last pic for some shadows.

im not sure if the pics show it, but my legs are significantly bigger than they used to be.

Looking awsome mate, those heavy squats seem to work better than the high rep stuff huh. Cant wait to see more updates later down the track.

thanks man. yeah i love my heavy squats :grin: i think a lot of ppl are scared to do heavy squats.. just cos they are really heavy.. but .. replace fear with intensity.. and your legs WILL grow

btw for all those who are thinking damn those reps are low for calfs, et etc etc, ive tried it all and this WORKS for ME. i just train calfs the same as any other muscle.

Im scared of heavy heavy squatting, if i forced myself im sure i would do better, i just imagine getting pinned under the bar :o

omg. i hate chins SO MUCH ! :evil: :evil: this is by far the hardest ex in my whole routine. squats are nothing compared to this.

Good looking workout there, all progress is good. In the past some of the excersises I hated the most later came to be favorites I really put everything into them. Maybe as you improve more with the chins you will come to look forward to doing them.

Mate your lifts are increasing rapidly! Awesome work. Hey i know my post in marcus' thread about how to improve chins didnt really sit with most people but you might honestly want to give it a shot. Next time you do chins tie a 5 or 10kg plate to yourself and just see how many you get. I was exactly the same as you, could only do 4-6 reps, i tried adding weight and i could still do the same reps, now i use some good weight and still can manage 6 odd reps, i havent tried BW chins to see if i can pull out higher reps but thats not what we are trying to achieve here.

Its like your squats, you say your legs didnt respond to high reps, well thats kind of like what your trying to do with chins, just give the weight a shot for a few weeks mate, im sure youll be surprised.

yeah i might as well try that eh. one thing is since im constantly getting heavier, its like added weight anyway. lol but ill try the belt next time.
