I thought my wrists were small but that's harsh jono. Still if you've got small joints, you should look better than most as your size climbs because of the differential between the joints and the muscles.

yeah small joints is good for looks, but bad for training.

I happened to read that line just as I was munching my way through a large mouthful of lentils, beans and brown rice.....now after some choking, there's a horrible mess on my desk. :shock:

Yeah yeah...AAAAAAAAAARGH would have been ok, I just thought "arghgargh" was horrendously funny for some reason and I paid the price - dry dry food like that is hard enough to get down with the mental picture of jono beating his chest as he says it. :grin:

Boys beware, dont even dare look at females in the gym, they can be destructively distracting, like the one who performed incline db presses by my power rack .

thanks man. yeah im looking to start using the 40s soon.

i started training when i was 18.5 yrs old. im 21 now .. for the 1st 1.5 years i didnt know what i was doing.
