Jono, massive weights again, good stuff bro - How often do you need to keep restocking your wadrobe for the stuff you outgrow ?

BTW what sort of leg press is it, mines one of those ISO Lateral leg press things, that is each side moves independently if that makes sense,

So if your right leg is stronger than left, you'll find right lifts first and then you have to co-ordinate left to catch up, which is a pain in the arse.

Either way 120kg squat and 8 pps leg press will only result in a mutation of size  .

thanks man

well right now most of my clothes dont fit  too lazy to buy more really.. i need to though.

i dont know what kind of legpress it is, you use both feet at the same time on a platform.

honestly i feel my legs are lacking , i judge my overall progress by how my legs look, since diet reall changes how they look, and its basically the hardest thing to train. so when i have good leg training i basically have a good weeks training etc.

if i continu to grow at this speed i will have 2 buy new clothes every 6 mnths

I know the feeling - I've had to replace all my work shirts and pants a few times over the years but clothes don't worry me that much. However, growing out of my custom made drysuit was a bitch. :madman:

My freediving wetsuit is cut very tight and I could barely get into the pants a few months back. Looks like that's due for a replacement soon as well. :(

Jono, your chemist will stock aqueous cream.

Its a water based (oil based available also ) moisturiser, no smell, just white n sloppy n commercial grade in a tub. Slop on large amounts and I believe it sorta reduces stretch marks. Dont know if any science to it, works for me. Just dont slop it on before a workout, i.e moisturise your traps and then decided to squat and have the barbell sliding off your back like an american funny home video !

bio-oil (i think that's what it is called) is great for reducing stretch marks and scarring. Also rose hip oil works well too

thanks for the suggestions people. ill be looking into it

Jono, in all seriousness, my partner just had a baby, absolutely NO stretch marks, and she got MASSIVE too. All her friends are wondering how she avoided them....she used cocoa butter religously thru out the pregnancy. Worked a charm.

100KG ROWS would be bloody charming mate, My total deadlift is hardly at 120kgs LOL, I firmly suspect you can push your DL much much higher. Slowly of course, i.e. building lower back strenght, and from what I seem to notice if people are squatting 100+ and rowing 100kg, their DL is quite often at / above the 200kg mark.

Thats just a rough observation btw . . . .

and whats your BW as of now ?
