Have been doing dislocations with no results

Do you do any other shoulder rotation/supraspinatus/rear delt work, e.g. BOLR, facepulls, fatman rows or horizontal rotations etc?

Thinking about it, I've never done wide grip pulls before doing some kind of warmup or other exes first.

I think Pman has mentioned info re wide grip being a bad option for people with shoulder issues. He might be a good one to ask.

where abouts is the pain coming from specifically?

feels like an internal thing?

i get this too, but only at the very bottom. just a twinge in the meat of the delt. if i leave a slight bend in elbow it usually is sweet.

i used to do weighted wg chins with no probs so i am not sure what is up

currently no - i think my shoulders are being pulled forward and up via muscle imba - instead of back and down like they should be. been working on this for a while

:S Id you had to guess, would you say the pain comes from muscle, connective tissue or joint? Its it a permanent feeling throughout all sets or does it subside once your a few sets in?

its not comming from the main delt muscles it feels internal - but not joint pain.

Had a quick look back and couldn't see any rear delt work? I'd look at incorporating some, especially if you suspect an imbalance. Bent over DB lateral raises, face pulls, fatman rows, etc etc. I also personally like doing stuff that works the supraspinatus (e.g. horizontal DB rotations, light ones as a warm up before bench/shoulder work, and heavy ones as a shoulder exe every so often, as well as the old empty cans exe).

rear delt work now has become part of my routine.

Shoulders feeling great atm. 8)

changed my training a fair bit doing a lot more reps, less weight

bw = 84 (lean)

yeah mate- been cutting 8)

strength still the same as pre cut - only i weigh around 10kg less
