Pushdown are looking really good mate, good to hear the injuries wernt as bad as you thought

thanks man. yeah the ankle is feeling pretty good today. im pretty sure its those heavy seated raises that causes me the probs.

well i just had my chiro appt. she cracked up 1/2 way through and said it was like adjusting hulk hogan :grin:

Usually my physiotherapists just shake their head when they see my range of motion. All the DC stretching I've done over the last 6 months or so has made a big difference and except for my back, my flexibility is vaguely approaching normal. However I don't think a chiro would be too impressed with my various joints :(

Hope that leg press is sorted for you jono. I'm hanging out for the preacher machine to be delivered before my bicep workout today.

Did you guys notice anything actually wrong with the machines / benches before they took them away, im in the gym every weekday and i use a machine or bench that day and it seems for no apparent reason that the machine / bench is MIA or out of order the next. Same goes for DB's, they are there one day, gone the next and return sometimes weeks later with no apparent maintainance done on them, weird.

When people like that who dont see you from one month or to another tell you you are getting bigger you know you are doing things right.

ok so heres the deal, the big boy legpress is 'fixed' only now its even WORSE! the tools put on a new seat that is so thick i cant reach under it and grab onto it to stop myself from being pushed off the legpress when i use the heavy weight.

even though those were hard sets i know from my training my leg repsond better to heavy heavy weight. so i complained to the gym about there crappy job they did. and im gonan complain to the actual guy who did it. if they dont change it, im gonna have 2 change gym. nothing is gonna stand in the way of me getting freakish legs

good stuff, now thats what I call dedication to your legs, changing gyms. Have you had a word to the staff about the equipment "fix"

they did something similar in a gym of mine in the past and everyone complained ( new style benches that were useless, they bought 6 or so) and we got them changed back to the old ones.

well my gym is really a mainstream gym, not a hardcore blood sweat and tears gym.. so its to be expected

Mate the rate at which you progress each week is amazing, youve basically solidified those 40s on the incline in a few workouts, top effort!
