basically todays workout was pure shit.

You can't always push at 110%, I hope it improves mate.

plus on top of that the worst part of EVERY DAY is driving. im sick of these useless dumbass drivers. i just wanna pull people out of their cars and beat them down screaming at them.. i hate driving.

Tell me about it - one of the reasons I moved to NZ was to "get away from the traffic"..... LOL you should be able to picture my expression when I first encountered Auckland's motorways. :gunfire:

lol :grin: we all have them once in a while mate.

I too find it hard controlling my rage on the roads, there seems to be a lot of dreamers on the roads, and a lot of people who just arent considerate.

People who dont use the median strip in the middle of the roads and just drop the anchors and stop blocking all traffic and just about causing accidents.

well it was OK today.. but the back wasnt being stressed at all during todays workout.. so i guess ill see come monday.. when i hit the squats

lol. im NOT training today. i cant get myself hydrated. ive been drink huge amounts of water all day and ive still got headache/dry mouth all the time. i think if i were to train i would just end up puking my guts out after 1 set of squats and it would make me even more sick :(

hopefully ill be well enough to training 2moro.

well here ive been sick basically since sat morning, over those 3 days ive dropped ~1kg of prolly mostly fluids. today i still feel a little sick but i decided i was well enough to train.

btw we(my gf) rented along came polly, lol you may think its kinda lame but i thought it was pretty funny, esp the boss guy. haha so funny. :grin: :grin:

anyway...

so i was expecxting my weights to be down a bit today

some slight progress here over last week. very suprising. after that 1st set of 38s i almost threw up for some reason. being sick sux.

Nice workout mate, was expecting you to murder the 40s today, awesome work considering your sick, a lot of people drop the gym altogether when they get sick.

I wanna see those 40s next time mate! :grin:

ill give the 40s a try next week. ive only been using the 38s unassisted for like 2-3 weeks man :grin: damn peer pressure :grin:
