put sum workouts and yr diet up man

Just say what you want, why hide it...

Typical diet would be:

1: oats + shake

2: veges + chicken + flax seed oil

3: brown rice + veges + fish/chicken/beef

4: fish & vege

5: shake + bananas PWO

6: fish/chicken + vege + oats/brown rice + flax seed oil

7: fish & vege

8: array of vitimins etc..

will post thursday's workout.. on thursday? :grin:

I train in evenings now instead of in the morning, so i will generally post workout late that day or the next morning.

Not as much as i would like :grin:

Having not training consistantly for some time..

I am in the low 90's :( :naughty:

I am focusing on getting back into everything, and making sure i do not get injured.
