i think the small bbs only goto around 47kg so after that ill have 2 curl in the squat rack.. lol

lol still a way to go before i run out of the premade small bb's man :grin:

havnt posted a pic in a while.

heres a back double bi taken today.

btw this pic took AGES to take because i didnt have the tripod i normally have and had to balance the crappy cam i have on books etc to set it up.

my arms look really weak in this pic, infact i look weak overall in this pic. im gonna use it for motivation !!

What are your stats at the moment Jono (height, BF, wt, measurements etc?)

height = ~ 5'10 mayb slighty over 5'10

BF = never had a test, but id say prolly more than i should have right now.

wt = 91-92 kg

measurments = i dont put a lot of stock in measurements but ..

chest 45 arm 14 1/2 quad 26 waist 33 forearm 12.5

damn the waist 33 lol .

You're getting some good width in the lats, when the BF comes down a bit that will be an impressive rear lat spread :D

Delts and lats look good, dont worry about BF too much while you are putting on the muscle it will all come off later. Winter is always a good time to bulk, doesnt matter if the BF goes up no one sees!

You guys will be up to the 100kg mark soon and nipping at my heels

yeah winter is always good.. i love winter cos its so much easier to sleep when its cold. rather than real hot summer nights.. i hate em.

well i thought id try out an underhand grip on some rows today.. damn it worked pretty good . rows were very very strong today. way better than last weeks.

nice workout, what is the diffence though in the overhand under hand grip on muscles worked?

i duno. i normally use overhand, i just thought i would give underhand a try. and from trying it yesterday i would say underhand is easier.

With BB rows, have you tried overhand with no thumbs wrapped around the bar? I find that works the best as it helps take your biceps out of play.

i use no thumbs on all my back work :grin:
