Hey jono, im trying to catch up with all the journals and stuff, mind giving me a quick summary of how your training has been going?

4 plate squat / 190 dl..

going good.

anyway i had this week off from training, also i had the last ~4 days off from my diet!!!

i feel so much better now.

so basically that was like my xmas break lol since i had no xmas break.

so i duno what its gonna be like to squat 2moro lol.

also.. got a new girlfriend... :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:

betwe workon on tues than on mon, slowly getting back into the swing of training and eating etc. lol damn taking that week off from eating and everything really made me realise how bad is sucks to eat this much hahaha.

didnt do any more than this today

reason: run into a potentially very serious health problem that could stop me lifting all together, OR it could just be nothing. ill know more in a few days after i see docs etc...
