cant find tape measure unfortunatly. i might need to buy another.

had a couple of workouts this week.

legs.. going well with 120 4x4 on squats.

chest and bis .. going well trying to stabalise the 34's on incline.

hit some good db preachers too..

had a train last night..

hit some chest up.

34's on inline almost there.

smashing those dips too.

hit bis with bb curls and hammer curls till couldnt bend arms 8)

will have to move to squat rack for curls now. 32kg bb is maxxed out

hit some back last night.

deads.. worked on some higher reps with 140kg compared to last weeks heavy 150kg deads.

hit some bb rows, going OH, then UH on different sets..

finished with some solid pulldowns.

of course then did my cardio.

still a fat bastard :shock: :roll:

Had a good del tri train this weekend. Lots of doms. Right wrist is a bit fucked, oh well.

Got a leg train today - going to be training with sfs. Hoping for some good leg abuse :grin:

of course completed the workout 8) fucking shorts :pfft:

almost getting me 120squat for 3 sets of descent repts..

legpress was good i think 7pps 3 sets, 1 sets 7.5pps
