news years workouts are rockin.

had a full 2 weeks off.

Had some nice 500g steaks during my time off 8) i reccommend this shit highly.

had some chest and bis yesterday.

before time off i was inclining the 30's. now after 2 weeks rest to let my joints recover. 34's baby.

still 'cutting'. weights are still going up.. yep yep :pfft: :pfft:

yeah mate. waist is shrinking.. strength still slowly rising..

prolly keeping leaning out for couple months i reckon.

strange workout last night.

everything was all good. apart from my incline press i couldnt even press the 34's once. (i did em for reps last week after 2 weeks off) so had to go back to the 30s.

:roll:

incline press 4x6 30's

flat press 3 x 8 24's

dips 4 x 6

bb curls 32 4 x 6

hammers 22 3 x 6

rediculous pumps as usual

10 sets of bb row

5 sets pulldown

4 sets db row

also a good shoulder train ..

my shoulders are like friggen peas.. pathetic.

been hitting mp + seated db press to really bring the abuse.

u training at shiny's too man? if so, you are my new best (camera owning) friend! :nod:

actually im training at a smaller shiny's in the city that i have free access to 8)

only problem is they have a bit of a limited range. but ive managed to make good use of what they do have :nod:

dbs only to 38kg

only about 8pps worth of weight for legpress. then have to start adding preloading barbells and various people onto the sled haha
