Is the shoulder an old injury or something new ? After being away from the weights in the past I found I had a few of these little niggles after getting back into things but they went away quickly.

i smash my shoulder playing rugby.. broke it in 2 places :lol: :pfft: whoops..

seems to be improving.

have dropped carbs.. noticing small differences ...

i have kept my carbs on leg/back day.. apart from that i am running low carbs..

strength is the same/still going up.
