Looks like a good workout there jono. Have you maxed out the stack on the pushdowns? How much extra weight can it take?

I can only muster a measely 65ish kilos on pushdowns :oops: Less than your stack, and then your adding 25 more kilos :shock: Great stuff :grin:

every stack is differnet + depends on how many pulleys!

anyone else have a/c ?

im looking ay buying a portable ac unit to cool my room @ night, it has a big pipe you stick out the window lol.

basically i cant sleep its so damn hot. last night it was 14 in welly appartnly, and i had no shirt, only boxers, no sheets etc, and it was so damn hot it was crazy

LOL Dude.. Im used to living in the tropics.. average temperature is 30 - 32 deg. Winter is considered to be 25 lol.. yeah but it was AC's everywhere.. and if it ever broke down.. people died :pfft:

lol its really bad cus i get massively dehyrated + very hard to sleep
