I always just touch during Deadlifts as well. How much harder is doing full stop?

Your Barbell Rows are impressive for me by the way :nod:

It's definatly harder & safer to do full stop.

After all if you are not reseting each rep - you are not deadlifting. The whole point of the deadlift is the weight is dead on the floor each rep.

Yeah! Nothing shabby about that at all 8) I'm guessing now you're armed with apples you'll be able to go harder on legs and explode. Woot! :shock:

goal is ~100kg

then will end bulketh.. and cut. 8)

:grin: last time i was bulked up @ 110kg i had to tie my shoes in a few "reps"

gasping for air.. first tie the first bit...

take a few breaths..

then tie the loop...

take some more breaths...

then finish it up

Thus i plan to function more like a human this time 8)

awesome leg workout.. the best yet. the bar felt like it was made of air on the squats. :lol: :grin:

Red Meat

After my leg workout i arrived home to find my wife had prepared a huge plate of red meat for my consumption 8)

As i gathered the meat - she said dont forget your carbs now :lol: 8)

Top quality wife right there. :nod:

Amen to that... my wife's "joined the programme" and now she georges the steak for me, trouble is she wants to eat it too...

Gains are coming thick and fast.. which is great. The legs are coming along... cant wait to be using some nice weight again one day.

Drawback is in a few months i might have to re buy all my business shirts.. which is un cool. :x

:pfft: The bulk part of Hulk Mode isn't doing too much for you yet is it? You're right, the front squats are too light then :roll: :P 8)

Nice shoes though! Can I have your raincoat? It was pissing down this morning.

My coat is a very limited edition. As you can see it has a great colour, and is very comfortable.

I am sorry, but it is not for sale :lol: 8)
