The deads shredded up my hands pretty good too.

I think next time i will do some t bar rows in the corner..

Coleman style.. i havn't done that for a while, and found them to be awesome 8)

Yep Dead off the floor for the win bro, I find that my form gets way too sloppy if I dont reset my hip and shoulder position at the bottom of each rep :nod:

ps nice weight there also :clap:
