:roll: :roll: :doh: tried the 30's on flat.. too fucking heavy lol. why is it that my incline is so much stronger than flat? :?

This happens to me aswell if I do them in that order, I think the incline just frys the anterior delts (and chest) so you have very little assistance in the flat :-s

yeah i love to do incline first..

i noticed i could feel my shoulders were still a bit fried from their abuse over the weekend :pfft:

im the opposite, but i think its cos i avoided incline pressing for ages to preserve my bung shoulder. i think i may start doing some higher rep incline stuff, secondary to good flat bench grunter sets.. 8)

im the opposite, but i think its cos i avoided incline pressing for ages to preserve my bung shoulder. i think i may start doing some higher rep incline stuff, secondary to good flat bench grunter sets.. 8)

I seem to respond pretty well to dropsets...hard dropsets..taking the weight off in small increments. it means having to scab around the gym gathering up the little plates 1.25s and 2.5s and 5s. but it pays off. I try to put them in nearly every workout. Good pumps and I get the growth off em...same for supersets but often its hard getting 2 sations at once at the gym so SS is best. I have no problem taking up the smith machine or a bench for a while to get a few out and most of the time the young hoods in the place stop to see you sweat ya ring out on little weights :lol: but they wont do it :pfft: hurts too much :lol: :pfft:

incline press has always felt more natural to me - no idea why!
