Mint gym man, need heaps of DBs, and heavy ones, i always have to wait for some chumps using DBs. Also i like seated DBs more than mp, good move.

i hate having to wait... this is why i like to train at times when the gym is close to empty

Wow mate, the squatting is AWESOME. You legs must be thick as now, time for another leg shot in the next few weeks? You dont do SLDLs?

good work on the chest workout bro, have not looked at past logs so dont know if there are improvements there or not. When are next lot of pics coming out out? How are the gains going?

i made gains on every single lift today apart from hammer curls.

gains are goin well right now.. gaining every single workout pretty much.

next pics i duno.. i will probably take some descent pics in a month or so

well gains on everything as usual. dl is now only 5kg away from 4pps.

chins were ok, basically the same reps with +5kg as i normally get with just bw .. lol. pulldowns felt solid. cable rows.. very strong. db rows.. damn very heavy..
