ahhh oks i seen people doing them

and low rep squats never make me sick..... try doing 70-80kg for sets of 12 with minimal rest that will make you a lot sicker!

i have done different rep ranges in the past..

i always got better growth from low reps 8)

i was able to train hard... and had no sickness at all
