My leg workouts have been shithouse recently.. have been too number orientated.. instead of quality rep orientated.. so today i didnt want my squats under 4 reps.

these were really comfy :) delts are growing really nice

this workout was really good in terms of quality and it will be my new benchmark.

:evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: i have a huge problem with leg training right now.. dont know what is going on.. i am using far far less weight than i used to and i feel so fucking sick.. almost vomited on this one too.. shaking.. and feeling gennerally fucked up... only happens with leg training..

any ideas? its not lack of water.. is it too much water? or overheating? im literally dripping by the end of my squats.. or is it lack of cardio fitness?? i do 45mins/day of light/moderate cardio currently.. any ideas??

RE sick - this is a real issue for me now on leg day.. ever since i started training again...

i have puked many times in the past from legs.. but as i grew the sickness used to come less and less.. now its back worse than ever :?

hopefully it will dissappear soon?

i reckon your bodys just adjusting mate, 4 years off and then suddenly your smashing them legs again like you never stopped, gotta take some getting used to!!

the only other thing would be diet, but fucking unlikely as your no stranger to a bulking diet....

buy a bucket and ride that shit out!! :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Back in the day...i used to have a spit every now and then doing legs sometime back...my TP at the time 9 a fucken monster called Steve from levin :lol: told me to eat an apple before training. something to do with the acid in it. worked for me and i spat less often...works for sea sickness too if you know of anyone prone to that shit
