Awesome DL Jono.... its great to have it catching up on par with squats eh ? Go hard on them and your overall gains will be even more massive !

the dl was solid. im really gonna be pushing it hard now that injury prob is gone. honestly i think the dl is still light

looking real strong on those db rows, still adding and weight and making progress across the board , good stuff.

Gym looks like its got everything there too and not too much fitness equpiment cluttering the place up

ive been working on bringing it up for like a year lol. i really put a lot of effort into trying to make them the same.. will take a long time i guess. also im not sure if its fulyl flexed in the pic or not. ive made some progress on the bis recently with the 1 arm preachers.. really liking em

need to get back to my bread and butter for shoulders, seated db press. mp is pure garbage compared to them. they work my shoulders so much better. stupid mp. :evil:

anyway.. im sick of that shitty mp is piss's me off. compared to the seated db press i used to do i would rate it 1/10

the only prob with seated db press is the seat isnt bolted down at my gym yet so i cant use my ultra heavy dbs.. cos i flick them back into position and the seat would just fall over lol. anyway.. using slight less weight on them is 1000% better than mp..

to sum up: tri workout good. delt workout bad, but at least i can fix it

LOL, that almost happend to me once, Very dangerous lol.

Good job dropping the MP, i hate it too, i cant make good gains on it, but i dont know what else to do, i found URR to be average...
