well today dl felt much better after going 2 chiro yesterday. gains on everything again. next week ill be adding weigh to the chins.

to be honest i dont consider i drink water excessivly. try sitting around on a HOT AS wellington day like today at over 100kg.. you need to drink water to saty alive lol.

Don't lie, Wellington doesn't get hot :pfft:

HELL YES it feels like 100 degress here last few days man.. damn. i hate it
