MP looks solid, good going on the rest of the routine too. Baggy track pants are the answer. I go everywhere in them even though my legs arent that big

yeah the prob is i havnt bought any new clothes for ages. well time to go shopiing i guess.. **cringe**

no front squats today, tried new ex.. really wanna hit that out quad real good. since i stopped doing hacks i think i need to find somthing to kill the outer real good.

belt squat machine

this is a machaine made by the gym, put a dipping belt around the hips, and it has a cable going to a big stack that pulls down. so basically zero weight goes on ur back. the thing i like about this is i can use very narrow stance.. try to really work that outer quad

pretty good workout today. some good gains, and trying new EX. new ex felt pretty good. legs are pretty killed right now.. walking around etc can really feel them dead

lucky for the other gym goers then, at my gym we run out from time to time of the 20's especially when someone starts get really carried away on the legpress. Must have a word with the managment!

gym just ordered 100+ new 20kg plates.. alrdy have ~ 60 i think

Jono.. 10 pps .. congrats mate.. awesome work.

That machine was first thought up off by Louis Simmons from westside training if Im not mistaken. His original concept was squatting with a belt.. which had weights through a hole in the floor sorta.

The machine was an improvisation by him. Its awesome.. do soem reading on west side barbell training Jono, you might be able to incorporate bits to improve your squat.. like by using box squats etc .

well the db pressing work was much better than last week. some good gains there.

straped on the 20kg, for ym warmup.. shoulder STILL hurts bad on that. i think its cus the bars are slightly too wide.. well see how it goes in the future..
