Not much longer, I'm really quite excited. At least things start to "happen" from here in. The real nity gritty prep starts.

Oh, and the scales and I are still friends - 57.6kg. Should hit the stage at target weight of about 56.5kg!

On target, wicked! So these tattoos do tell? Mine show with tan on, just.

You could see them in the photos I did for the NZBB challenge. There is a butterfly right between my shoulder blades that was "hammered" in that never seems to be very well hidden - it's still so dark after so many years!

lol thanks all. I'm feeling throughly brain dead. Had today to finish off all the last bits. Did some posing at the gym - freaked the day crowd out with my heels!!

Lookin good (I'm happy anyway!). Got my first coat of tan on. Lookin forward to A wine.

Will see if I can pick ya out Poos!!

Bring on the cheesecake (and vanilla tim tams, and custard twist, and....you get the picture)

Right, back into it then. Lessons have been learnt (no kumara for pre comp, tan must be darker)

Monday today and already you're back into routine.. love that :)

How did the kumara affect your precomp? Have you decided on what comp you're aiming for next?

I need to stick to dry carbs for pre comp. I was looking really hard and dry Friday, had my kumara with chicken for dinner Fri night, woke up Sat soft :cry: Just doesn't work for me. Will stick to rice cakes and muesli.

Doin NABBA Counties Manukau this Sat, and I may yet join you at CNIs!!

Had plenty of energy today, but strength was well down. Going to have to diet hard this week. After Saturday nights feasting I was so sure my jeans weren't going to fit me Sun morning (they did surprisingly!). Sort of back on diet today (except muffin for morning tea, so going to have to be real strict for remainer of week,

Still haven't decided bikini for this week. To wear my fav (brown velvet jobbie) or turquoise one??!! Might have to do some posing tomorrow to see.

So, I've lost 2.6kg of the 5kg I managed to find between Sat AM show & Monday AM :lol: Just 2 kg to go! Start water depleting today (already??), just 3 litres of distilled.

Whoazers. What program do you do on the crosstrainer for an hour Flamer? Intervals?

So, I've lost 2.6kg of the 5kg I managed to find between Sat AM show & Monday AM :lol: Just 2 kg to go! Start water depleting today (already??), just 3 litres of distilled.

Thats a significant weight drop there! :clap: The last 2 should come off soon with the depleting :nod:

So.. are you going with the brown or the turquoise? :P

Nah, usually just up the level to 5 and go for gold. I'm really just interested in negative calories. Don't worry too much about heart rate, not that it goes much above 130 BPM anyway.

Hey Flamer, how are things shaping up for tomorrow?

There's a couple of ladies at the local gym who're competing in tomorrow's comp too :nod: Are you be in the open category for NABBA?

Things not lookin good for tomorrow. Really flat. But, I won't really know until the day. I'm still novice. Looks like I'm going to be having to do Waikato to be Nats qualification. Back to back comps just a bit hard.

Migod, I honestly don't know how you do it gal. I'd be all pullhair.gif if I were you !

So are you wanting to do this comp to qualify for the NABBA nationals too? Or is it practice for the next NZFBB comp to qualify for those nationals? Hope that makes sense :?
