Wednesday 28th May

AM- 1 hour cardio - cross trainer/stepper

PM - Legs

Wasn't feelin too well when I got to the gym. Shaky and sick, so tried not to push it too hard - was worried about fallin over mid-squat!

Squats 10kg/S x 10 x 4

SS Walking Lunges 10kg DB (each hand) x 15 x 4

Good Mornings 7.5kg/S x 10 x 4

Stiff Leg Dead Lifts 10kg/S x 10 x 4

SS Lying Leg Curls 60 x 8 x 4

Leg Extension 135 x 8 x 3

SS Seated Leg Curl 120 x 8 x 3

Finished off with 30 min on treadmill - incline 7, speed 6. Was feelin better by this time, but hungry. Wasn't in the mood to have to spend half hour before dinner dealing with horses (fillin trough, throwing hay!)

Fucking glad you didn't go on all day - you & your BF have taken up enough space in "my little journal". Since you have nothing constructive to add - f*ck OFF! (said in true Sth Auckland style too)

Can you tell us what you are eating at the mo, keen to know what you are eating for your final few weeks.

Naughty really - but I've sort of had enough of all that sort of crap.

My diet is really quite appalling. Essentially:

AM cardio followed by PWO shake

M1 - 4 egg whites, black coffee

M2 - carrot or celery & 1/2 scoop protein

M3 - 80-150 grams chicken or tin Tuna Lite & 1 cup veg

M4 - capacium or celery & 1/2 scoop protein, Coke Zero

M5 - PM weights PWO shake

M6 - 150-200 grams chicken or big tin Tuna Lite, 2 cup veg

Sometimes a sprite Zero after dinner or a WW jelly if I'm going round the twist.

Somewhere in there I usually "fall off the wagon" and have handful (or two) of almonds, cashews or TB of peanut butter. Sometimes I'll have a shake before bed if it was a big training day (legs or back).

Yep it is pretty hard to stick to, but looks all good. Small got me on to the Jarrah 99% fat free hot chocs, they are the bomb, I have one at night. I to like the odd hand full of nuts (ahha ha bet the boys will read that comment!!) Best not to have loads just like 10-12 which sucks!

Love the attitude ;) Hey do you do competitive showjumping too Flamer?

I do competitive eventing. Dressage, showjumping and cross country. Usually one or two day events - I'm not quite at the 3 day, Mark Todd styles, events just yet. I think one requires a larger bank account balance for that sort of competition :pfft:

AM- 1 hour cross trainer

PM - 20 mins posing practice, follwed by 45 mins Natural stepper (was supposed to be an hour, but forgot MP3, and just wasn't there mentally to do an hour.).

Bicep curls 8.5 kg x 12 x 3

T-Bar Rows (WG) 10kg x 12 x 3

PM

Flat Bench 5kg/S x 10 x 4

SS Incline Bench 2.5kg/S x 8 x 4

Decline Bench 5kg/s x 10, 8, 6

DB Flat Bench Flys 10kg x 10 x 3

SS Pullovers 15.5kg x 10 x 3

Pec Dec 30 x 10 x 3

Tricep Push Downs 5Px 10 x 3

SS 2 Bench Dips (BW) x 10 x 3

15 mins cross trainer

This is about where the evening went to custard. Got a text - horse is injured, and there is blood! :shock: Blatted home, couldn't do much in the dark. In the light of this morning things aren't so good. Not the end of the world, but my days will now begin with changing dressings before AM cardio and end in much the same way for the next week. Not the end of the world and she will be fine (yet to see what physio says - yes horse goes to physio!), but timing SUCKS.

Went on a boat cruise from Pine Harbour to Clevedon Pub down the Wairoa today - so food was shit. Tomorrow is another day, so will move on. Big cardio day tomorrow - in between changing dressings!
