Back / Biceps

Underhand Pulldowns 78kg, 84kg, 90kg, 96kg, 102kg

BB Rows 80kg, 100kg, 120kg, 140kg

DB Rows 40kg, 40kg, 40kg

Seated Cable Row 96kg, 102kg, 108kg

DB Preacher Curls 12.5kg, 15kg, 17kg

Haven't got reps in there but work too 8~ reps or so on the last set, except for bb rows, only 5 good reps with 140kg but I am happy with that.

Dont worry about luigi, like you said your strong in some areas and weak in others.

But am Just wondering where underhand p/downs fit in back and bicep w/o.

I'm not worried about Luigi LOL

My chest is the only part I'm still lifting relatively light compared to other parts but it's coming along.

Yeah lat pulldowns with wide underhand grip.
