Ok, I have decided to do a journal of my training. I will most likely only post a weeks worth of training but that should be enough to cover each body and get feedback/advice on my training. I have said that I can't be f'd doing a journal, but have decided it might be good to get some feedback on the exercises/reps etc that I'm using at the moment.

I am 21 and weigh 93kg. This is using crappy scales however. Do not know my bf but at a guess 15%? But that is just a guess.

Weak Bodyparts: Chest, Back, Triceps

Good Bodyparts: Legs, Delts, Bi's

Will be going to the gym tonight to start the week off with legs. The plan is:

Leg Press

Front Squats

DB Squats

Leg Extensions

Leg Curls

Will post workout up tonight.

Warmup

3 Supersets of Leg Extensions/Lying Leg Curls

Leg Press

15x 200kg

12x 240kg

8x 280kg

BB Front Squats

12x 60kg

10x 70kg

8x 80kg

8x 90kg

6x 100kg

DB Squats

10x 27.5kg/27.5kg

8x 30kg/30kg

6x 32.5kg/32.5kg :x :?

Leg Extensions

This dosen't have the weight written on the stack :oops:

I did 5 sets of ten reps, 30 seconds rest with half the stack.

Standing Single Leg Hamstring Curls

12x 24kg

12x 30kg

12x 36kg

10x 42kg

Have been thinking about some goals. Seeing as its leg day I will start with Front Squats. I would like to do 140x 8 by the end of the year. I think this is achievable. I have had a higher back squat then this previously.

This is what I've been doing for legs lately...

Warmups

Leg Extension 3 Sets

Leg Curl 3 Sets

Working Exercises

Leg Press 5 Sets

Front Squat 5 Sets

Stiff Legged Deadlifts 5 Sets

Lying Leg Curl 3 Sets

It works well. That is a lower amount of sets than what I have done in the past but it is providing me with lots of stimulation lol.

As for lagging body parts I guess its just training them with a higher frequency that has brought them up.

Mon- Chest / Tris

Tues- Back / Biceps

Wed- Delts / Traps

Thr- Chest /Tris

Fri- Back / Biceps

Sat- Delts / Traps

Sun- Quads / Hammies / Calves

That is what I have been doing for a little while now and it is working.

Somebody said that in another thread. Consedering the amount of smack I talk I really should post some up. At this very moment though I don't have a camera that works. I will try to remember to use my Mummys camera next time I go there. I would encourage people to hassle me about this until I do. :lol:
