Hi I would like you to meet my friend Nah. She is one of the girls i'm helping at the moment. Nah is 20. And has lost 15kg recently. She doesnt get into computers at all, but I convinced her to let me put these pictures up for some advise from you guys.Nah is Training as a Body Builder and we are all proud of her achievements so far. Congrats on the weight loss, NAh. What kind of advice are you after, specifically?

agree. what is the advice you are after. well done on the loss to date. so far all i can say is the physique isn't coming through yet, and she needs to lose a bit more bf to see anything. but a standard mass building programme all over. her calves and thighs have some good muscle in there. she might need to work on the traps, delts and arms a bit more though. :clap: well done so far, pass on the congrats for the good work.

Nah is sitting on 15% body fat at the moment. And dropping weight fast the muscel is starting to come though. We have heard that you reach a platue for weight loss, and it is hard after that is this true? I'm not the person doing her program my job is to help her stick to her new life style, and encourgage her and Teri the other girl I'm helping. I listen to them, work out with them, take them groccery shopping and we even go to the local and cardio on the dance floor. I gave both of them a pair of my jeans Teri (who was much bigger then Nah) wears these with pride now. Nah can get them on but cant breath in them yet. I will have to think of a new goal soon. Does weight loss work better with cardio or pumbing weights for 2hours a day like i do ?

definitely. I became a real grumpy shit once my bf% got below around 8%. I put it down to several reasons and the main one was the lack of energy. I don't know if it's hormonal. advice for handling it is to give them space and let them come to you, and don't take anything they personally. So where are the new photos?

15% bodyfat? Dayummmm. Which BB comp is she aiming at?

As weird as it sounds, the emotional thing sounds normal.. typical if you're cutting carbs/sugar. I know when I've been dieting for a while, I become public enemy number 1. That, and my road rage goes from mild to anal.
