Gidday man. Welcome to the forums (I've merged your posts into one topic, by the way).

Good on you for posting photos. It's a bit hard to tell much from them though. If you check out some of the other photos, you'll get an idea of the standard poses.

As fasr as advice goes, I think everyone's going to tell you to EAT! You need to put on more size, and that means training hard and eating harder. :)

Why not enter our NZBB Challenge? If you get your diet and training sorted, you could make some great progress.

Ok that first pic was funny. But they are right you got to eat the right food . The first thing i had to do was to keep a food diary and start the day every day with a bowl of porridge with skinny milk on it (no cream or sugar)along with 4 egg whites and a protein shake. My next meal is at 10. Chicken,then 12.00 Chicken or pawns. then at 3.00 Chicken . then at 4.00 i have protein and 4.30 to the gym. Followed by protein then 7.30 meal and 9.00 meal . I think eatin is the hardest bit. :D

NZPT, if you can't tell hobj180 is male, I think you've been hanging out with the wrong kind of female! :P

(And boy do I hope I don't end up with egg on my face over that statement!)

Having said that, hobj180, it probably is an indication that we need better pics to be able to comment properly. :)

Im just glad you asked before I had to :oops:

To the OP, eat alot more than you are currently, lots of olive oil meat/fish/poultry, fruit/veg, pasta/rice/potato etc

oh and all you can eat buffet once a week :wink:
