Thanks Guys. Not sure what bit to focus on now, need more muscle?.

Dog has 5 stiches to throat, 4 on back of neck, 3 on one foot and alarge bandage around her from nose to waist. She will be fine. Cat now has a room mate who does her dishes! Husband and friends have gone to bait for this pig they put out a dead goat last night. They have taken a pack of nine dogs with them.They have seen it, apparently it is over 200 so that will be mean stuffed on the spit. :shifty:

I am planning on competeing again. I am still training but my trainer will live in OZ and email me my programs. Pete and His wife Ellen will be back every few months. So i am kinda on my own but not at the same time. I want to build and apart from eating lots of protein and i now take gluteamine. So i am gona ask you guys all the silly questions i use to ask Pete.(hope you dont mind). Thanks for your kind comments. Cheers . P.s round two to the pig all the guys got was 4 little ones around 80 to 110 and every wet clothes and pride.

Hi Rollesby. Right now i feel like a zombie. I was doing the stunted mullet thing too. Could not see the lights where to bright. And Yes i am training for the nationals. If I'm ready - then I'm ready. I will probably get that what the F***k feeling and do it any way. But Wellington is along way from here.

Well I look forward to meeting you there, my man is competing at Nationals so I will be his support crew, of course he has to qualify at the South Islands, but I am being positive - why would he not, I am looking forward to it, my bikini will be in retirement this year but watch this space!!!
