Cardio - did 30mins, 20mins treadmill, speed 6, incline 10

10mins Bike, Hill, Level 10

Thurs:

Temp: 36.02

Weight: 63.45kgs

Chest/Biceps

5min warmup Rower

BB Chest Press on smith machine:

Warmup - BB

1 set 15 reps - BB & 2.5kg plates ea side

1 set 15 reps - BB & 5kg plates ea side

1 set 8 reps - BB & 10kg plates ea side

Superset, DB Incline flies & chest press:

1 set 12 reps - 6kg

2 sets 10 reps - 7kg

Superset, DB Decline chest press:

1 set 12 reps - 6kg

2 sets 12 reps - 7kg

Cable Bicep Curls (using rope):

3 sets of 12

Cable one arm curl:

3 sets of 10

21s:

1 set with 4kg

2 sets with 5kg

Cardio, 20mins Treadmill, incline 10, speed 6.3

What's up foxy? hows the training and dieting going? are you geting closer and closer to achieving your goals? I know it can be a tough journey sometimes but the feeling of acheivement that you have when you stand on that stage, especially for the first time, is well worth the effort that you have to put in to be able to stand on that stage.
