Yes Flamer, you are tired and have sore leggies as you are going hardout, keep at it girl! :grin:

FFB I am counting the sleeps but I will try to fit in as much as I can in the next week, taking every day as it comes and trying not to loose it too much. Getting rather emotional at dumb stuff. My boss's are at the ready and expect me to be a headcase next week and understand. I f and blind there all the time and they are sweet (I shouldn't really have such a potty mouth). We have a new BIGGER fridge and the boss goes look there is a shelf just for you for "your shit food" haha

Not in a good way today I threw a paddy at the gym when doing eazi bar curls there was another eazi bar on the rack below, which if I had half a brain or inclination should have removed. When extended I knocked it, finished my set picked it up and threw it across the gym. My training partner was like "wo are you ok!?".

I can just imagine your training partner being all unsure.gif after that lol.

Don't sweat it.. let it serve as a warning to all other bars in the gym to stay outta the way :pfft:

On the way back to town I had a bit of road rage and screaming f'ing and blinding and dooting at this fool going 90km in the fast lane so I under took her at 130km and gave her the finger with some choice words. My mate just laughed at me and said I needed some carbs! What a muppet :roll: Me not my mate :grin:

Chicken & asparagus for breakies is way nicer than egg whites :grin:

Just been for 1 hour power walk/hill/steps/run. Calves and leggies are a tad sore.

Just cooking up 800gm of chicken, just eating that every day over 6 meals with a bit of asparagus or brocolli, last meal (7) is 4-6 boiled egg whites Glad the egg whites are down now as they can get gross. YAY Chicken & vege is lovely :nod:

Food: 800gm chicken spread over the day with 5 spears of asparagus, dinner was cold chicken with spinach leaves bit of cucumber tad of flaxseed oil. Last meal is 6 boiled egg whites soon.

Suppose to be 5 litres water today probably had way over that as on top slung in 4 green teas and 3 black coffees too. Probably have about 3-4 green teas + water before beddie byes followed by ZMA and lights out. The toilet was my best friend today.

Rope pulls SS with 1 arm cable extn x10 - 4 sets

That was it shattered and left in a dazed state.

Thats pretty hardcore... I dont think i could stomach chicken with no flavouring from at least some herbs and spices.

But do you have the luxury of cooking each meal fresh and eating it ?

I have to cook for the whole week and lug around plastic boxes, no other way.

Whoops forgot I did an hour cardio this morning not 45mins so just edited.

I cook my meals the night before so carry around like heaps of little containers. I work fulltime and have 2 kids alternate weeks so you have to be organised. But fresh is best. You eat what you have to, you don't moan about flavourless stuff you just get use to it, though I must say egg whites are something I'm not so keen on plain. Even with a bit of capsicum and spring onion I am happy. No eggs/fish from tomorrow.

Got Thursday and Friday off work so will just cruise then cook when I need to practice my routine and posing. Oh and of course go to weigh in

I'm impressed, BG...that's a lotta cardio on what you gotta be eating right now.

I saw some of the competitors at my gym draggin their asses around, no power in their lifts at all - but there's only three sleeps to go!

Arh f*ck did my post then I did something doggy! Um what did I write? Mate said hallo to me at the gym "cat got your tongue" I was shuffling along and had no energy to say anything back so just shook my head, what I felt like saying was "f*ck you bitch I'm starving and exhausted so shut the f*ck up!" lucky I just think these things. I was drooling at my desk today, no particular reason, just exhaustion and was like what the hell?? I am walking about as fast as a 90 year old with a dodgy hip with a zimmer frame. Hard work man!! Have discovered that chicken doesn't really give you much energy at all, eat it before excercise and after then zombie constantly. Rock on Saturday yay
