Yesterday from memory:

AM 45 min Bike 20min HIIT rest SSS

Back & Bi's

Deadlifts 4 sets heaviest 60kgs

Assisted Chin ups 4 sets 24lbs

Lat Pull Down 4 sets, last 2 100lbsx10

H&S Row 25kgs either sidex10 - 4 sets

Preacher/Eazi Bar 15kgsx10, 20kgsx10 - 3 sets SS with 6kg preacherx8

Hammer Curls 10kgsx10 - 4 sets

DB curls 10kgsx10 - 4 sets

Concentration curls 6kgsx10, x8, x7, x6, x6

40 mins HIIT Xtrainer 1 min 65% 30 seconds flat out - nearly killed me!

TODAY: Mad Cardio Day

1 hour

Down my zig zag, down 143 steps, run down hill, up 177 steps, power walk up hill x 8 times = down 1144 steps, up 1416 (thats the tough bit) = 2560 steps

Food is the same will change from Monday probably, but still: 1/4 cup oats+3 egg whites+protein, 8 egg whites, 100gm chicken+beans, 100gm chicken+beans, protein after training, 100gm chicken+beans, protein before bed

That all sounds pretty mad BG and as for the tough bit.......hmmmm all of it. Don't you wish you lived on the flat?? lol

Warm up every day from now on regardless of bodypart will be 90 lunges with 10kg dumbells 30 break x 3

Shoulders

Military Press 30kgsx15, 30kgsx12 - 5 sets

DB Press 12.5kgsx15, 12.5kgsx12 - 5 sets

Lat Raise 7.5kgsx15 - 6 sets

DB Rear Delt 6kgsx12 - 6 sets

Rear Delt Mach 40lbsx12 - 6 sets

Cable upright row 5plt - 6 sets

Decline abs with 10kgs x 25 - 4 sets

Food: same 1/4 cup oats 3 egg whites, protein shake, 8 egg whites with capsicum, 100gm chicken every 2.5-3 hours

Later 1 hour bike

I'm farked, walking disaster area but happy as larry haha Went to the pub for a few hours today, everyone was larking it up drinking beer and eating chips and yummy stuff, I had a black coffe, some water and whipped out my chicken + beans.

Diet is good I REALLY look forward to oats for breakie but will probably cut those out and shakes. Every day I think I would like to be bigger and leaner but I think most people do. I am happy with progress even though I have my freak out moments, doing all I can possible to look my best on the day so thats what counts :grin:

Yep still fun to go to the pub for chats and people watching :D

Just been for a 70 min power walk all around the hills around Strathmore/Seatoun/Miramar, couldn't face any steps today! Hills are good enough. Beautiful sunny day in the captial for outdoors. Now off to a few gyms, one for posing with a mate then another for training then meeting another mate for posing, busy day today. Got all my chicken and beans ready to rock and roll.

I have 1/2 cup per 100 gm chicken, sometimes a little more. I would say in a day I would 2 cups, max of 2-3 cups. Most peeps will have a cup of brocolli but ewwww off that still since last comps 7 and 9 years ago :pfft: I like it but if I eat it in huge amounts like beans I think I would be sick. I have a bit of green capscicum and spring onion in my 8 egg whites. If having a salad I will have a massive bowl of leafy greens with apple cider vinigar.

Didn't end up doing a weights session today, did:

70 min power walk this morning

1 hour posing at bodyworks with mate

1 hour posing at les mils with another mate

Got home still lovely and sunny so thought I would walk around the bays, didn't think it would take me 2 1/4 hours but it was nice, thought I would take the short cut up my 177 steps instead of going up my hill, that was a bad mistake dam near killed me :pfft:

Food: 1/4 cup oats+3 egg whites/protein, 100gm chicken + beans x 3, 8 egg whites with vege, protein

Arh stink I'm in a pissy mood and fed up going to my room to sulk haha Man I have been a lost cause today, happy, sad, angry and all the other stuff in one day. What a crazy sport! Any hoo thats my rant.

Got the Beta K from Hennie at Nutratech today woo! Should help so I don't get any muscle loss from my dieting/cardio for comps, seems to have gone down a KG as of today so I am shitty as hell, definately a science to this.

Legs today:

Squats 60kgsx15 - 6 sets

Leg Press 100kgsx15 - 6 sets

Walking Lunges 10kg dbsx30 - 3 times (90)

Seated Leg Curl 70x15 - 6 sets

Seated Calf Raise 5 pltsx20 - 4 sets

Standing Calf Raise 90lbsx12 - 4 sets (hmm I suck at those)

PM 35 mins Xtrainer

So, I'm confused...ten days out, and 1.4kg to go...and how long was it since you competed at that weight anyhoo? If you're losing fat, not muscle, ain't that a good thing?

Tired and grumpy and confused all goes with the territory..they call it 'competition' for a reason! Hang tuff, BG, there's plenty of wine and food left for after the comps, I ain't scoffed it all yet :shock:

Happy Girl today. Not about weight loss really TFB, well it it, FAT, not Muscle, it appeared that I had lost 1 kg of muscle which really ripped my undies, to say the very least. However, will revisit at the end of the week as it could be a f*%k up due to water intake/amount of excercise I did sunday - over 5 hours / not enough fluids. So we shall see.

Yeah so on track/ish will look good at Masterton, though not as lean ansd as big as I would like but yeah I shouldnt complain haha and then 3 weeks to look even better for Nationals.
