I don't have a problem re "tinkles time" while doin cardio, but the rest of the day.....sheesh! I have to pass the GM's office to get there too. He probably wonders if I get any work done in a day. Although the laughter from my office with me & my assistant jokin around would do nothing to allay those thoughts either!

Well I just don't know how people can go on a piece of cardio equipment for 45mins I nearly piss my pants everytime! Sorry TMI :? I literally spend 1/2 my day in the loo :x

This is why PnW can never use public transport. I always ALWAYS end up busting whenever I get on a bus or train (and the routes I need to take, take about an hour frantic.gif)

Yeah its just craziness. At least (touch wood) I don't wake during the night at the moment for tinkles. A mate just told me she has to wake at 2am to have a protein shake as she is starving to death! Man I'm glad I sleep through. I think the ZMA may help, ooh better have that now. Nighty night

I live on a big hill by the airport and can see most of Wellington.

Down Zig Zag = 143 steps

Run down Road

Up steps to my street = 277 steps

Power walk up hill to zig zag

Did this 5 times took exactly 40 mins = 715 steps down / 1385 up (thes are hard) = 2100 steps

Feeling great, knees/legs a bit wobbly.

Breakie time and it is 11am haha I love the weekends

Chill out WTF is that? haha today I have to do my routine/posing/train back & bi's, more cardio etc.... so probably a good 2-3 hours more to go today. Sitting chilling out now yeah.

I eat my egg whites or chicken beans prior to work out and protein and same after. Sometimes fish/beans, very exciting stuff haha Dam have to cook my meals today too as didn't do last night, weekends are grand though get to just chill and do stuff as when

Assisted chins 10kgsx10 - 2 sets, 15kgsx10 - 2 sets bugger

Seated Row 35kgsx12, 40kgsx10, 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10

Lat Pull Down 55lbsx12, 70x10, 85x10, 100x10

Push downs 20lbsx10 - 3 sets

Bi Mach 40lbsx10, 50x8, 50x6 drop 40x6, 40x6

Cables 12 either sidex10, 18x10, 12x10

Ropes 18x10, 18x10, 24x10, 24x10

DB curls 10kgsx10, 10x7, 10x7

40min Interval Xtrainer

Food: 6 whites 1/4 cup oats, 200gm fish+beans, 100gm chicken+beans, 100gm chicken+beans, protein shake, 100gm chicken+beans, protein shake. Good day not hungry energy good. Routine done spent a few hours doing that, so will practice that and posing everyday for next 4 weeks.

26 days till comp - mad cardio day no. 2

Yesterday was 40 mins 2100 steps, today I did: 42 mins 2520 extra lap for 2 mins so well chuffed, legs/calves/glutes are screaming!

Up steps to my street = 277 steps

Did this 6 times took exactly 42 mins = 858 steps down, 1662 steps p = 2520

Well my legs are a bit wasted, couldn't handle any heavy stuff today so just did light leg w/o, but didn't write down so just from memory:

Standing 1 leg curl 30x10 - 3 sets

Seated Curl 70x10 - 3 sets

Seated Calve 5 pltsx20 - 3 sets

Dif Seated Calve L7x15 - 3 sets

Leg Press Mach No ideax10 - 3 sets

Leg Ext 40x10 - 3 sets

Abs hanging leg raisex10 - 3

Ab Mach dunnox10 - 3

Side thingies with weights

Sideway situps no clue what these are calledx15 either side - 3

Laying leg raises lots then konked out on the floor and fell asleep haha not really but could have

Food: 1/4 cup oats+6 egg whites, 150gm chicken+beans, 150gm chicken+beans, protein shake+tbspn peanut butter (ok so this week I have tried a couple of days and replaced my carb=kumara 100gm for PB or nuts, still getting leaner so not sure if body reacts better to fat then carbs feel better with fat re energy/mentally), later fish+salad, protein shake

Now I gotta do some posing and routine, couldn't face my evening cardio after legs, just a little wacked today, think the 2 days running doing the crazy steps did it
