Food: 1/3 cup oats, 100gm chicken+100gm kumara, tuna+beans, 100gm chicken+100gm kumara, 200gm chicken+veg

Thanks Poos. Dieting sucks eh, I was eying up a museli bar last night in the cupboard, I was like a raving loonatic haha had to jump on the bike and do my cardio to stop thinking about food!!

AM 30min Bike

Today our network was down so hit the gym 9.30am

Legs

Squats 60kgsx12, 80kgsx10, 100x5, 100x4 PB, 80x8, 60x10 finally did the hundy but man it was hard, shaky and thought my knee caps were going to explode off!! 32kgs over body weight :D

SLDL 60kgsx10 - 3 sets

Seated Calf 6pltx20, 7x20, 8x20

Standing Calf 135lbsx12 -3 sets man I hate these and suck at them!

Standing 1 leg hammie curl 30lbsx10 - 3 sets

Leg Extn 35kgsx15, 40kgsx12, 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10

Abs:

Straight leg raisesx10 - 3

Obliquesx10 - 3 no weights

Ab Machine 35kgsx15 - 3

New Diet: 1/2 serve protein+3 egg whites+1/4 cup oats, 8 egg whites+tomato, 100gm fish+100gm kumara, protein+water, 100gm chicken+1/2 cup beans, 8 egg whites+1/2 cup beans, protein+water

Didn't mix protein with eggy oats, they weren't bad actually. Didn't bring a tomato as they are a bit naff at the moment. All the rest spot on and ready to munch. 50gm carbs / 180gm protein / 1082 cals, 4 day is 35gm carbs only and high protein / 1418 cals noice can't wait for that loads of fish/chicken/shakes.

Hmmm yeah just started new diet today so will see how I go on it, I see in the near future space cadet, grumpy and clumpsey haha Possibly a bit of dieters RAGE!!! Hope strength doesn't go too much. I think we have good days and bad days and on the bad days just train within your limitations as best you can, when feeling good smash out the PBs and grow.

Thanks man. Nope not a lot of energy, just over 1000 cals arh yeah nar. Just focus on my 1 hour per day on going heavier on at least 1 excercise then I'm a happy girl. When I'm walking to the gym I focus on the bodyparts I'm going to train and envisage what weights I'm going to do. Sometimes they are just maintenance (depending on how I am feeling), which is fine for contest prep, but still got push the limits. Shoulders are clicking and stiff arh bugger.

Kicking ass eh haha not sure about that! A lot harder this time around. Oh I'm sooooooooo tired and grumpy and I have to hop on my bike. :roll: Great thing is I just got my music from DJ that did my last shows and I LOVE it!!! :grin: Bit different mix of techno/hip hop/house now I have to do my routine, which I will probably do in the weekend when I have some spare time up my sleave. Right on the bike arghhhhhhhhhh sucky :evil:

Ontrack? I hope so. I think 6 weeks out everyone pick out the bits that need work, would like to be leaner, but getting there. Getting some feedback tomorrow from a mate/measurements done. Will have BF done this week. Just slogging on and trying to stay possitive.

haha my chins are a joke, typing it I was like WTF man I need to get better at these haha

Well 8 whites wizzed up with 1/4 cup of oats looks like pancake mix, you brown it flip it like a pancake but it is rather rubbery. I'm so sad I really look forward to my oats now its my favourite. Might be nice with some splender, may be not wizzed so much in the blender too :nod: Back to 3 egg whites/oats tomorrow + PVL chocky protein seperate yummo.

They do Poos, I just use up my 5lb tub but just got a small one today so I can get a new flavour to try, may be banana

:oops: Oh shame. They do?! Is this the Whey gourmet range? I tried the peanut butter chocolate flavour last time.. could only get it in 2lbs :evil:

im obsessed its so sad

but no i think poos is rite they dont do larger in the whey gourmet

however in the pvl Maxx wheys they do have 5lbs-i got choc before and thought it was average-eas much nicer
