Yeah man that is heavier than me(just), lucky they have those leg thingies so you don't fly up!

I love carrots checked with Jo and she said in emergencies I'm allowed the odd carrot, just not the whole bag :pfft: woo hoo made my day

Weight 68.2kgs last weigh in 69.6kgs

BF 14% last 16.8% thats 8mm fat loss (think in a week I will be 12.7% just 2mm fat to loose to get to that threshold :? )

My bro has a cafe so he gave me a bucket, well almost of 30 egg whites. He uses the yolks for pastry/pies/glaze. I just whip it with salt and in non-stick fry pan, not the nicest thing to eat but free so shouldn't complain. 8 whites is just over 25gm protein :wink:

Thanks Poos. Didn't try the bikini, its been too dam cold man! :shock: Egg whites just with a little salt, pretty icky and they do terrible things to you :?
