Bit grumpy and tired, not jumping on my bike tonight or stripping off for posing. :snooty: My 2 year old did a poo up her back it was everywhere, they were loonatics all night running riot, made dinner, cleaned dinner off the floor, then she threw up in the bath, had to shower them both, and even painted both their little tiny toe nails and finger nails and hair all lovely. I've done dishes, washing, fishished my bi's, vacummed, made food for tomorrow. Phew just a normal night and that sensing murder is freaky

Sounds like it was a busy night. I hear ya on the chores thing - had to take all my washing down to the local laundromat today.. sick of waiting for a sunny day to hang them out :evil:

I feel your pain, BG..sounds like the evening from hell!

I got stuck in front of the tube last night, two episodes of Law and Order meant i didn't do late-nite cardio til way late...paying the price today. :(

Stop it with the "what's on TV" talk. My aerial has become dislodged and ain't no one going to climb up on the roof to fix it in the weather. So....I don't wanna know what's on TV (am I sounding slightly grumpy?)

Bugger no TV! You could watch DVD's or stuff on the net Flamer. I would be grumpy too, will I am a little, just because.

My little one was cool she was drinking the bath water and choked hence the throwing up and having to hose them both down.

Just another night in my household, always caos haha

Didn't go on my bike this morning sheesh, will have to do 45mins tonight for sure oh for shizzle

Diet same as different day. Energy levels good today, back coming right. Concentrating on getting lean now, getting posing better and need to pick some music that I like, which is proving to be difficult.

Cardio: will be 40 min bike tonight followed by posing

Food: 1/3 cup oats+protein+water, 100gm chicken+100gm kumera, tuna+salad, 100gm chicken+100gm kumara, 200gm chicken+beans, protein shake with water.

Forgot my beans today so got a salad made up across the road at this nice cafe. Owner was lovely and said he met me a few weeks back outside a club, I nearly died :oops: . He said I was talking "good quality" bullshit in my state :pfft:
