Got some HMB today to add to the collection which is now of course HMB, Satori Lean System, L-Carnatine, CLA, cronium, evening primrose, multi, C, glucosomine, glutamine, kre-alkalin and ZMA

Wooooo! You must be bionic by now ;)

And I never knew the Ezibar weighed 5kgs either lol! So I never counted its weight in my totals :oops:

Great work with the double cardio yesterday :)

Seated Row 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 55kgsx10, 55x10

1 arm DB row 10x20kgs - 3 sets phew they were hard!

DB curls 10kgsx10 - 2 sets, 12.5kgsx6 - 2 sets

Eazi bar Preacher 15kgsx10 SS with 1 arm preacher 7.5kgsx8 - 3 sets

Cable curls 18kgsx10 - 4 sets

Food: 1/3 cup oats+protein+water, 100gm chicken, broad beans+tuna+cashews* (yeah yeah but I was tired and hungry woke me up a treat), 100gm chicken+100gm kumara, 200gm chicken+broad beans, protein+water

* got told when tired/hungry not lack of carbs, more lack of fat so tb pb, cashews, almonds

Rear Delt Machine 40lbsx12 - 4 sets

Had this gorgeous young guy come tell me how to do DB rear delts, he was so cute but all of about 20!!! :shock:

Food: 1/3 cut oats+protein+water, 100gm chicken+4 corn thins, broad beans+tuna, 100gm chicken, 200gm chicken & salad I think tonight, shake+water

May do some abs and have ride on my bike tonight if fancy it.

Yeah my shoulders are a bit stiff today. Love training rear delts :nod: Mikey I took pics last weekend mate, they are on page 20 of my journal. Taking pics this weekend for 2nd set NZBB Challenge too :D

Today trained leggie smeggies in the fancy Hutt City Les Mills. I got stared at a lot so I must be starting to look like circus freak or something :-s Got a nice young man ask me what to do for dips ooh er!

Deadlifts 60kgsx12, 80kgsx10, 80x10 PB 100kgsx4 PB

Squats 60kgsx15, 80kgsx10 then pissed off as I was hammered

Leg Ext 54kgsx12, 61kgsx10, 68x10 drop 47x10

Leg Press 85kgsx15, 125kgsx10, 125kgsx10

Light Hack 15kgs (30) x12 -3 sets (did baby ones as I hate them)

Seated Leg Curls 40kgsx12, 47x10, 54x10 drop 30x15

Kneeling 1 leg curl 15kgsx10 - 3 sets each leg no break

Seated Calves 30kgsx20, 60kgsx15 - 3 sets

Horizontal Calve 65kgsx20, 90kgsx15 - 3 sets

SS Abductors/Adductors 45kgsx20 - 3 sets no break

Food: banana+protein+water in the blender, 100gm chicken, tuna+beans+100gm kumara, 100gm chicken, dinner will be 200gm chicken with greens+100gm kumara, protein+water

Tonight will do 20mins on bike in the lounge / 1 hour posing so will have to turn the heaters up so I don't freeze my tits off! Oh wait a minute, I don't have any of those :(
