huh you lost me? :-s

I asked (jokingly) if all the supps you are using is 100% natural and you replied that you listed the otc supps you use in a previous post.

Then I replied (referring to your answer) that I was just checking to make sure if you did not by any chance "forgot" to list your under the counter supps ( the not so natural kind that people tend to forget, when you ask them what they use)

Hope I haven't lost you again. :doh: or are you just a difficult girl to find? :pfft:

Nup listed all the OTC stuff and nothing more for me to add. Anyone with a keen eye can tell if someone has taken anything other than OTC products, I suppose I'd probably be fuller and leaner if I did, just personal choice and I have nothing against people that choose to do otherwise.

Was just pulling your chain abit. :grin: In my book it is actually a compliment if somebody is asking you if you are using, while you are actually clean.

I know you put in a lot of hard work and dedication and wasn't trying to take anything away from you.

Awesome back width there BG! I'm gona have to start using some of your back workouts - lower weights of course!

IMO your legs are looking good for this stage of your comp prep. Once you take the water out they should come up mint!

Thanks for the kind comments people. I would like to be fuller and leaner at this stage out, I'm sure we all do! haha I shouldn't complain as first comp back in 7 years, so will do my best and next year try come in a bit bigger :grin:

AM 55mins Boxing, shit loads of abs that sucked arse haha

PM Chest & Tris, and boy the gym was sooooooo full, it was terrible, had to search for equipment and a bench I got pissed off and didn't finish my Tricep workout! It was madness, not even anthing to perv at!

Flat Bench 40kgsx15, 50kgsx10, 60kgsx8, 60kgsx6 drop 50kgsx7

Incline Bench 30kgsx10, 35kgsx8 - 3 sets

DB Press 20kgsx8, 22.5x6, 22.5x6 drop 20x6 man they sucked :(

Cables 18kgsx12 - 4 sets

Assisted Dips 18lbs (63kgs apx) x 10 - 4 sets

Tri Press 5 plates x12 - 4 sets, 6 plates - 3 sets

Ropes 2 plates x 10 - 4 sets, 3 plates x 10 - 3 sets

Food: 1/3 cup oats w water/protien, 100gm chicken + 2 corn thins, tuna+vege, 100 gm chicken+100gm kumara, protein cookie after training :naughty: chicken+salad, protein w water

the only thing bad i gues is the nutrient/fat timing etc-prolly wuld work betah having that at morning tea and the chicken and cornthins then, but owell!

I usually have a shake, or just straight home have dinner then a shake later on. I was just hungry and it appealed at the time :? Will to cut that shit out for sure. Dam it why was I honest and post that on my journal! haha

I know the feelin', honest, sometimes ya just wants it :nod: but got my ass kicked by my PT for not taking shakes with me to the gym. It's details like that that make the difference...

What convinced me was seeing a serious male bb'er I know, eating in his car the moment he got in it after a session, and figured he didn't get the look by accident...

Yeah I take my shake in a old milk bottle container, its really flash but does the trick. I'm using my magic powers now ....... do do do do do do do do "forget the protein cookie" you dreamt about it

Just made my meals for the next 2 days, was suppose to hit the movies tonight but going tomorrow instead, don't know if I will get to Faster Harder Stronger, 2 nights in arrow hmmmmm

BB'ers must have predictable lives - just finished boning-out a chook for meals for the next coupla days after i got back from a filmfest movie ("O'horten" from Norway - sweet little movie, but man Norway looks cold!).

You could always sneak outa work for the lunchtime Friday session of "Bigger etc" :nod:

Went to movies and saw Hancock, quite enjoyed it.

Food: 1/3 cup oats+protein+water, 100gm chicken, broad beans+tuna, 100gm chicken+100gm kumara, chicken+vege, protein+water

Got some HMB today to add to the collection which is now of course HMB, Satori Lean System, L-Carnatine, CLA, cronium, evening primrose, multi, C, glucosomine, glutamine, kre-alkalin and ZMA

Sorry half asleep, must be my beddy byes time :nod: Eazi bar is 5kgs, was doing skull crushers 5kg plates hence 15kgs then slung on 2.5's, quite heavy for those but busted them out and supersetted with press to burn them out, followed by light cables, did the trick.

Sore, pumped and stiff so mostly did cardio today. Weights + cardio tomorrow.
