Thanks TFB. Yep I think the weather has a lot to do with it for sure, man it was nippy this morning. I trained in my full length long johns and woolie hat, I looked a treat!! haha Thought I would get shoulders done this morning and do my boxing tonight.

Shoulders:

Rotat warm ups

DB Shoulder Press 15kgsx15, 17.5kgsx8 - 3 sets (quite chuffed with that)

Mil Press 30kgsx10, 30kgsx8 - 3 sets

Front Raise 10kg BB x 10 - 4 sets

Cable Raises 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

Rear Delt Mach 40lbs x 10 - 4 sets

Didn't do any traps will try fit some in tonight before boxing. Mind you they get pretty pumped from boxing.

Food today is: 1/2 cup oats+protein, 4 egg whites 1 yolk, beans+tuna, 4 egg whites 1 yolk, 2 corn thins, chicken+veg, hot choc

Had 2 corn corns earlier in day and 2 in arvo so 4 in total

Did 15 min on the bike and 55 min boxing tonight

Dinner was fish+salad and about to have a hot choc

Ah I've been sprung :pfft:

Lots of talk about who is doing the show in Sept, should be a good one! Hubby and I are doing it for a bit of fun, I'm quite keen to get my stage antics out of my system and concentrate on some other goals after this one. Feel free to pop past for a workout when your parents want you to mow their lawns again lol :wink:

Got new diet and made new food tonight from my lovely nutitionist and super star! Holly crap I will be eating nearly double what I was eating hehe choice, won't be feeling like a sad sack anymore woo hoo!

Need to get my skin folds done this week, so that will be scary EEEEK! Hope I'm not a big ol fatty

Leg Ext 5pltsx12, 5x10, 6x10, 7x10

Standing hammie curl 30lbsx10, 40x10, 50x10, 50x10 (i think its lbs)

Leg Press 70kgsx15, 90kgsx12, 110x10, 130x10, 130x10

Glute Machine 55kgsx10, 65kgsx10 - 3 sets

Rotary Calf 45kgsx20, 50kgsx20, 55kgsx20, 55x20

Abductor 33kgsx15 Supersetted with Adductors 35kgsx15 - 4 sets no breaks

New diet:

1/4 cup oats+protein+3 egg whites,

8 egg whites 1 yolk,

beans 100gm kumara (not got today as I was out) 185gm tuna,

100gm chicken,

175-200gm chicken+vege,

protein shake.

Every 4th day I am alllowed 4 corn thins to stagger carb count. Need to get flaxseed oil and will sling 1tspn in tuna with fresh garlic yummo! 1 extra tspn of flaxseed with kumara on low energy day over 2 meals. That is one shed load of food! Can replace egg whites or chicken with protein shake if I don't fancy eating/preparing all the food.

Sups: 4 hydroxycuts (am/pm), Kre-Alkalyn, CLAs, cronium, evening primrose oil, Vit C, multi vit, glucosomine, glutamine. Just got some new fat burners and will start taking them in a few days when I've finished up my hydroxys.

Tonight will be 15 min bike and 55min boxing.

That diet looks much better, and as P&W said, I see lots of new PB's in the not too distant future. :)

Oh and I just said in Poos journal that I wish that was my ass in the avi lol

Snoozed my alarm today and slept in - whoops :?

Today I did 30min bike and 55 min boxing.

Had my skin folds done, but thats a secret.

New weight is 69.6kgs WOO HOOO!! I haven't been under 70kgs for 7 years!! \:D/ so chuffed :grin:

Food: protein shake with water+small banana, 100gm chicken, broad beans+100gm kumara+185gm tuna, shake w water, shake w water, chicken+100gm kumara+brussell sprouts yum yum

Hmm bit of a strange day, had to drop car off to get a service this morning, no AM gym, lunch had to renew my drivers licence so I squeezed in everything tonight, looked like this;

5.30pm 1/2 hour bike

6pm 55min boxing inc abs

Protein shake w water then:

7pm Chest:

Flat bench 40kgsx12, 50kgsx10, 55kgsx8, 60kgsx6 stink not up to 65 today

Hammer & Strength incline 20kgs either side x12, 25x10, 30x10, 32.5x10 PB

Decline 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 50kgsx10 PB that is odd

Cables 12kgsx20, 15kgsx15, 15kgsx12, 15kgsx10

Food: banana+protein shake w water, 100gm chicken, brussell sprouts+185gm tuna+100gm kumara, shake w water, shake w water, 200gm chicken +100 gm kumara+broad beans yummo!

Yeah I was a gibbering idiot and not making any sense at all, my mate said I was very loud and talking shit (doing my ronnie impersonation), just trying to motivate her and myself haha All the boys just looked at us strangely but I don't get a rats. Boxing is hardcore shit man! I haven't encountered anything like it!

Um no I feel wrecked to be honest, but I knew I would after nearly 2 1/2 hours excericse, hence the break for a shake in between, light weight, yeah buddie, nothing but a peanut! Has to be done sometimes when you are pressed for time. As luck would have it I was suppose to get my kids back tonight, but my 2 year old has chicken pox so getting my babies back tomorow after work, so lucky I got to the gym at all :grin:
