I try to fit in training where I can around children and work comitements. I do get over it sometimes.

Just had my mate over for posing. I really need to work hard over the next 12 weeks to compete. Small and flat today. Really in 2 minds about it and seriously considering not to compete, will see how I go this week and whether I'm feeling more possitive.

Oh, no, no, no :naughty: No doubts now girly!! You still have 12 weeks, and as I have been witness to personally in the last couple of weeks you can change so much in a matter of days. Stay focussed - eyes on the prize.

Hmmm you are always hungry by the sounds of things, next you will be telling us you are all sweaty from eating.

Just normal hydroxycuts not the freaky deaky old school ones

I didnt eat a few hours ago, as I was busy sorting out my washing etc then got rushed getting to the 7pm movie session of Hancock at reading cinemas, only managed make me a protein shake on the way out and sat through the movie siping on that.

I like to take a protein bar to the movies as a treat. Was it any good? Shorts look pretty funny

Yeah, it was okay...I give it a 6 and a 1/2 outta 10. Will smith is always funny though...and Charlize Theron...well..I dont usually rate her, but she looking damn fine tonight, but I could blame that on the lack of food messing up my head! =P~

I think we all have days where we feel 'over it'. Just keep that chin up girl  I really want to see you at my home show!! Besides, I don't think that the members on this forum will let you get away with not competing!

Oh cool so you are in Masterton wicked (anything to do with WaiWeight?). Yeah my Mum lives out that way towards Riversdale beach. So nice and handy for me for that, and the Nats in Wellies is super cool.

Yep no chance of running away. Got a nutritionist today, apparently my protein and carbs are too low for my body weight and that is why my weights aren't improving and I've shrunk a bit * BIG STINK BUMS!! No wonder I've been hungry and feeling like shite!

hmmm yeah I should have picked up on that myself but was thinking of getting lean, not that I would loose muscle. My mate is dieting for a comp herself so got onboard another person with a bit more experience.

Should be pounding out some new PB's this week and not looking like a starved chicken ahhaha So much for my ID biggurl, I'm smaller than all my mates! One said today "holly shit you look tiny with your clothes on!" Only cause she's seen my pics in my undies and I haven't seen her in a while.

Good thing you picked up that your diet wasn't quite cutting the mustard, gives you ample time to get things right for your body. Unfortunately there's not a 'one-size-fits-all' when it comes to diets and judging by the way you are feeling and having a glance over the foods you're eating, you've probably slowed your metabolism. You really want your body to be working for you and not against you. Good on you for getting a nutritionist on board, only 11 weeks 5 days to go until show day!!!! I started my diet on Saturday, so you are all warned that I will probably hijack your journals with talk of food :pfft:

Oh and yes, Waiweight has a very close association with me
