Boxing today, good shit man 55mins great for delts and core and sweating like a mo fo 8) Food same same as usual just another day in the life. Will do some leggie smeggies tomorrow as I want to hit my legs twice per week and some cardio - it is get shit done around the house in the sun and make the most of the beautifuly weather :grin:

Just reading this makes me sweat.

Oh...wait a minute...nah...I just ate and since I tweeked my diet again I always seem to be burning up hard core 25min after I eat..... :doh:

Ok no legs yesterday, day off, out all night with mates till 7am, danced my ass off, few hot babes out, but nothing of interest, no action, well except for smacking SamWelly's ass in the street that was about it :pfft:

Today still a bit tired so flagged shit during the day, tonight I did 10min run, put my wraps on then 15 min cycle, then 55 min boxing class.

Food: oats+protein, 1/2 tub of lite cottage cheese+50gm rice crackers, tuna+vege, 1/2 tub of lite cottage cheese+50gm rice crackers, Chicken+salad, hot choc

Shit its cold brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

6.30am 55min BodyCombat

5.10pm Legs, 4 sets of leg extns 5/6/7/8plts, Deads 50kgsx10 -4sets, one legged press 60kgs each x10 - 4 sets no breaks, seated hamstring curls 70lbsx10 - 3 sets, 15 min walk 9incline 6.5 speed

6pm Boxing 55min

Food: oats+protein, 3 corn thins, 2 eggs, cashews, broad beans+chop chop chicken (bit yuck), 3 corn thinns, 2 eggs, cashews, protein bar, 1 egg

Food a little odd but still ok/ish, Ex's new born bubba rushed off to hosptial :( so I have my little ones back to help out as both parents at the hospital and waiting on an update.

Off work today as my 5 year old has chickenpox, so I have a swiss ball and 10kg dumbells at home and it is chest and tri day:

DB Press 10kgsx20 - 4 sets

Flys 10kgsx15 - 4 sets

Straight Arm pullovers 10kgsx15 - 4 sets

Seated Tri Press x 15 - 5 sets

Coffee Table Dips 15 x 5 sets

Hi Biggurl, I don't often visit this forum but was checkn out your stats and they are pretty impressive. I was wondering what catogary you are competing in? My partner is thinking of doing the same comp and has similar wheight stats (Is a little stronger though in all lifts:) ) so could be some good competition for you.

My kids little baby sister will be special needs unfortunately, however she is fit and well and is just beautiful.

Cronus: I'm still about 70kgs, been training like a mo fo, bigger and leaner but weight remained the same, not sure what comp weight will be. Mate (big male bodybuilder) saw me the other day and said "wow you are looking lean" so that was a nice compliment. Will be doing over 55kgs physique at Masterton on 27 Sept. Serious training and diet starts from next week. I really want to place so I can do Nationals so the hard work kicks in now.

At home at the mo with my 5 year old with the chicken pox, we are both eating rice crackers and tuna, my little bodybuilder in the making haha We have just cleaned the car and the house, she did the toilet haha 2 hours worth and everything is clean as phew \:D/

Will have to do some weights and cardio at home for the next few days, but not a lot I can do about that when you have little ones.

Today in my lounge haha that sounds funny, with my choice of 10kg DB's on Back and Bi day I did:

Bent over rows x 15 - 5 sets

1 arm rows x 15 - 5 sets

Standing bicep curls x 10 - 5 sets

Hammer curls x 10 - 5 sets

10 min on shitty old rowing maching - still works so all good.

Just been out for a 30 min walk (my girl on her scooter) at the beach got cold and just got in and started pissing down.

So not only are parts of you excelent, so is your timing!!

10 points for keeping up the training in your...'adverse' conditions!

I promised the other half I would only do two comps this year (NZFBB Auck Champs & NABBA Counties), but I'm thinking about the Masterton one. Sounds like a few are aiming for that.

Squats 60kgsx12, 70kgsx10, 80kgsx10, 60x12

1 Leg Press 20kgsx30 (60), 60kgsx12(24) - 4 sets

Max out on seated calfs 10 plt

Tonight 10kg dumbells x 20 lunges - 4 sets

Food: 1/3 cup oats+banana protein, tuna 4 corn thins, tuna+beans 4 corn thins, 4 egg whites 1 yolk omlette, meat+vege, 1 hot choc

Eyed up the nutella tonight man it smells good
