6.30am Body combat it was way fun and sweaty

1.00pm Shoulders

Warmed up my Rotats

DB Press 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx6, 17.5x6 drop 15x6

DB Rear Delts 6kgsx15 - 3 sets

WG T Bar Row for delts nice and light 20kgsx20, 25x20, 30kgsx20

Alternate Front & Side raises 6kgsx12 - 3 sets

HS Press 20kgsx10, x6, x6 man sucked at those today :(

Shrugs 22.5kgsx10 SS with Up Right Rows 20kgsx10 - 3 sets

Kids back so no more mornings or evenings at the gym for a week, will have to put my skipping rope and rowing maching to good use again.

Sex & the City was all good last night, cried, laughed! Had a bit of popcorn then went to dinner at Matterhorn had cod and salad :wink:

Didn't make my food last night so today was a bit all over the place, oats+protein, protein cookie (bad haha), tuna+beans, protein bar :naughty: Fish & salad, hot choc

Right better piss off and go make my stinking egg whites :evil:

hmmm not likely already not trained for 2 days, ate a few crackers and water today, can't really face eating, slept all day up at just after 4.30pm and off to bed again now for some more zzzzzzzzzzzz and recovery from this yucky bug.

All better today, man did I sleep. Yep thats my picture, be silly putting someone elses body on. Yeah my back, lats, shoulders are all good, chest is eiiiiiiiiight just need to come in lean so can see my legs better :) My girls have a little baby sister born this morning so have to go visit them this afternoon, my ex is over the moon :D

Hmmm diet not the best still not eating much. Feeling much better at work, so tried a light leg workout today

Leg Ext 4plt x 15 - 3 sets

Box Squats 40kgsx15, 60kgsx12 - 3 sets

HS Leg Press - 1 leg each 40kgs x 15 - 4 sets (120 all up no breaks)

Seated Calves 7pltx20, 7x15 - 3 sets

Weak, sweaty and faint so gave up and left.

40 min walk

Hope I'm back to 100% next day or so as this bug sucks arse :?

Flat Bench 40kgsx12, 50kgsx10, 65kgsx6 - 3 sets PB yes but it was whack! Asked the gym bunnie, I mean instructor for a spot said can you help me with a spot for "60kgs" after my 50kgs, we loaded up 60kgs, I was like ooh my right side is hurting, this is much harder than last time. Finished and the muppet had put the 5 and the 10 on his side!!! He was very apologetic haha

Incline Bench 30kgsx10, 35kgsx8, 35kgsx8

Decline Bench 40kgsx10, 45kgsx8, 45kgsx8

Incline DB Flys 10kgsx15, 12.5kgsx8, 12.5kgsx8

Food: 1/3 cup oats+protein, 125gm lite cottage cheese 25gm seaweed rice crackers, tuna+veg, 125 lite cottage cheese 25 gm crackers, 150gm chicken+beans, 1xhot choc sooooo hungry so just ate a couple of boiled eggs

It looks like you are making it a habit now to hit new PB's while dieting :grin: Keep up the hard work and don't let us wait to long for the promised photo's of your progress!!

P.S.

I see you are eating protein now with your first meal of the day. What made you change your mind and do you find anything diffirent now that you eat the protein in the mornong?

Hi Biomax, I do my food willy nilly what I feel like at the mo, didn't have protein with breakie this morning, vogel+pb didn't even want to eat that, not an morning "eating" person would rather just have a coffee :naughty: I know! I make up my protein input throughout the day (185gm tin of tuna is well over 1 meal for my body weight). Will be fine tuning my diet more soon but at the mo just plodding along, just over 14 weeks to go :grin:

Today I did a body balance class, combo tai chi, yoga and pilattes, nice good stretch but still ache, think I need a good massage. Training at BW tomorrow with a mate so that will be cool, boxing and shoulders on Sat.

Food: oats+protein, 2 eggs+cashews, tuna & beans, 3 corn thins, forgot to eat my eggs :( dinner was meat & vege and just had a hot choc yummo :grin:

Boxing today, good shit man 55mins great for delts and core and sweating like a mo fo 8) Food same same as usual just another day in the life. Will do some leggie smeggies tomorrow as I want to hit my legs twice per week and some cardio - it is get shit done around the house in the sun and make the most of the beautifuly weather :grin:
