5.30 pm back - trained at bodyworks in Porirua with my mate, its an OK gym, missing a few things and a bit small, no seated cable row!!

If she can get you into the Bodyworks in town, they've got two...not heavily used except for newbie hour 4:30-5:30

H&S 1 arm seated row 30kgsx20, 40kgsx15, 40kgsx12, 50kgsx10, 50kgsx10 wo I usually only do just over this for both arms!!! Got smack bum to make sure my form was perfect :pfft:

I was freaking out seeing my mate as I am still the same weight, since 3 weeks ago. I am way leaner and fuller. She was wowing at my back and saying I was looking really good and suggested a couple of cheat meals per week as still 4 months out and doens't want me to burn out. I was soooooooo chuffed, happy girl :grin:

Sounds like a great day - great feedback, good lifts, and being allowed a cheat meal! \:D/ \:D/

Most of the equipment is pretty new out in Porirua but when I jumped on the treadmill it was a old shitty shaky one and didn't even have a drink holder!! :? I had to jump on the sides and grab a swig of my water bottle off the floor now and then. Checking out Thorndon BodyWorks tomorrow so hope they have some good squat racks. My mate doesn't do deads but I like to do them twice per week, awesome all over workout. Hope she does squats as I suck at leg press and find squats much more rewarding, except for my bubble butt! :shock: :pfft:

Four squat racks, a power rack, three Smiths - should be something there for you! Normally there's plenty of plates available too - not always the case at some of the other gyms around.

Cardio day today:

6am 3 hydroxycuts

6.30am body balance class 55min

6.00pm impact boxing class 55min

Food: vogel+pb, some cashews, 4 whites 1 yolk, tuna+vege, 4 whites 1 yolk, some cashews, a big fat juicy mixed chicken/beef kebab yeah! 8) hot choc and watching Aeon Flux, man Charlize Theron is hot in those fancy outfits!

Couldn't be fagged with cardio this morning, very sore and tired so had a nice sleep in till 7am. Gotta listen the old tired body :grin:

Incline Bench 30kgsx10, 35kgsx8 PB but dropped on my head guy goes are you OK ahha :shock: :pfft: 35kgsx8

Decline Bench 40kgsx10, 45kgsx8, 45x8 PB

Incline DB Flys 10kgsx15x 12.5kgsx10, 12.5kgsx7

Cable Xovers 15kgsx15, 18kgsx10, 18kgsx10, 12kgsx10

Food: vogel+pb, 4 whites 1 yolk, cashews, tuna+beans, 4 whites 1 yolk, cashews dinner dunno yet but no gym tonight as going to see Sex & the City woo hoo!

haha it was more funny than anything! I freaked out though, had to squeeze my head sideways to get out haha I was just fatigued from my flat bench in addition to not having breaks between sets really as pressed for time in my lunchtime workouts so they are all rip shit and bust :pfft: No whimping out now, have to try for a new 65kgs soon :nod:

But realistically we all have oue days where we aren't as strong, or don't do the cardio we are suppose to, or have a little cheat meal, best just to listen to your body as to what it can handle/needs.......feed the machine and don't over do it as to get an injury.... and I don't mean knocking back a packet of tim tams hahaha

Yeah I just had some tuna and broad beans for lunch, my favourite. One of the ladies won't touch broad beans the other was like "ooh can I try one" she screwed her face up in disgust! :puke: hahaha I love brussell sprouts too :nod:

Oh, you one sick girly!! Brussell Sprouts are just about the only veg I will not do. Non-negoitiable - and 2G, ain't nothing to do with farts!!
