Ewwwwwwwwwwww! It was my best mate, wouldn't dream of doing any dodgy cardio with him haha Watched American Gansta - loved it, what a cool movie even if it is a bit long!!

Yep I re'con I'll be doing the 60kg bench very soon, might start on it next time and do a drop set to get the feel for it, then no turning back!

20kgs is all good for chicks, a lot of girls can't even pick up the 10kgs dumb bells so you doing well. I've slinging weights around on and off for 17 years so I should be doing much heavier theoretically ahhaha :?

Nup train alone, but training with 2 different mates next week so will get a spot for 60kgs or so :D

AM today 40min brisk walk

PM 40min brisk walk

no weights today

Food: vogel+pb, 4 whites 2 yolks, handful of cashews, potato+tuna, 4 whites 2 yolks, cashews, fish+vege, hot choc

I got to cut my nuts out soon man then just sit in the kitchen at work saying go on have a few, you only just had eggs!! Still 4 months (16 weeks) so all good at the mo. Getting my measurements done in the weekend so pop up all 3 sets since they have been done and weigh myself. Still guessing I'm 70kgs. Seems to be my platue weight SP? arh how every you freekin spell it! When I was 100kgs, I was stuck on that, then 90kgs, stayed on that for ages, then 80kgs, same now freekin 70kgs.

Kids go to their dads for a week tomorrow so hardout week ahead in the gym 2-3 times per day so hoping to hit the 69 or even 68 kg mark within a week, sick of this 70kg business.

Been asked out on the town/parties by 4 different people, but not going out as I will be tempted to have a wine so :naughty: :naughty: no thank you I say, I want to see some abs 3 months out from comp and cruise in nice and slow to my 62-64kg ripped up.

Dunno if there's actually one here (Pseudo?) - but I swear I saw a guy looking for the spellchecker on his pencil at work today!

Folks seem to be brought-up on Ms-Word...[geezer gets off his high horse...getting cranky as DOMS sets in!]

There is a spell-checker add-on I could install here, but it runs everything through a third-party website, so I suspect it would slow things down horribly. Plus, I don't like the idea of passing everything through someone else's website - it's just more to go wrong.

I think Firefox has a spellchecker built in, and I'm pretty sure the next version of IE to be released will have one too.

Doing some different training next week with partner (back Mon/legs Wed)so just did some bis tonight, had a go on a couple of brand spanking new machines which was different

Tried a tri mach first 60lbsx20 - 3 sets just to see what it was like

Bicep Curl Mach 50lbsx10, 60lbsx10, 60lbsx7 drop not stop 40lbsx6

Rope pulls 10kgsx15, 15kgsx10, 15kgsx10 drop not stop 7.5kgsx12

Standing DB curls 9kgsx10 - 3 sets

DB hammers 6kgsx15, 7kgsx10, 8kgsx10, 9kgsx10

BB Curl 20kgsx10, 20kgsx10 form shit 17.5kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10

20min run on treadmill L9

Food: vogel+pb, 4 whites 1 yolk, cashews, potato+tuna, 4 whites 1 yolk, cashews, dinner yummo went to supermarket and got rice salad 150gm and 150gm mussels :shifty:

Boxing class in the morning woo hoo!

Nice sleep till 8am yeah! Did 55 min Impact class which is the boxing class at Les Mills it was pretty good, sweaty mess by the end of it and my knuckles are ripped up, shoulders sore so good workout, will do another one on Tuedsay night. I'm a bit unco though and got a smack in the face :shock: ouch! Faulty pads ahhaha Had a nice 1 hour walk around town eating my protein bar.

Food: 1 vogel+2 whole eggs, protein bar can't remember what it as called banana 38gm protein and chewy as hell but yummo! Lunch 200gm chicken+beans, will have that again later this arvo and free meal tonight have a hot date and going out for dinner, but will keep it as clean as pos.... the food that is :lol:

Yep, those boxing classes are cool, but hell on the shoulders, a lot of jarring...they do one at my gym, but not many guys do it, so it's not as good a workout if you're sparring with someone half your weight and height!

Taking a day off from gym today, I am stiff as from boxing yesterday, very sore all over. Its not cool at all. Will go out for a walk soon in the sun :)

As for your biceps being bigger, that would be true for most non-bb guys.

Sounds like you're progressing well though for the comp over the hill, keep it up :)

6.30am Impact Boxing class 55 min

5.30 pm back - trained at bodyworks in Porirua with my mate, its an OK gym, missing a few things and a bit small, no seated cable row!!

H&S 1 arm seated row 30kgsx20, 40kgsx15, 40kgsx12, 50kgsx10, 50kgsx10 wo I usually only do just over this for both arms!!! Got smack bum to make sure my form was perfect :pfft:

Lat Pulls Downs real wide 17kgsx15, 17x15, 20kgsx10, 17x10, 17x10

DB 1 arm rows 20kgs x 4 sets of 10

Bent over BB row 40kgsx15, 40kgsx12, 50kgsx10, 50kgsx8, 40kgsx10

Push Downs 17kgsx12 - 4 sets

30 min run 9.4 speed

Food: bit different as out last night so improvised: oats+EAS banana protein, tuna+vege, promax protein bar (very nice but high in carbs/sugar and only 20gm protein), tuna+vege, fish+salad, hot choc

I was freaking out seeing my mate as I am still the same weight, since 3 weeks ago. I am way leaner and fuller. She was wowing at my back and saying I was looking really good and suggested a couple of cheat meals per week as still 4 months out and doens't want me to burn out. I was soooooooo chuffed, happy girl :grin:
