I reckon!!! - Boy this morning I could have done with 6 fat burners and any other drugs I could have laid my hands on to get me going !!!

Anyway -just checking in to say how great you are doing. Are you back to your childless self this week?

Yus no kids this week until Friday after work. Didn't do cardio this morning, so sore from yesterday, gym tonight though :P . I woke at 6am felt like death, not just legs, everything ached and felt like being sick so went back to sleep hehe best to listen to the body sometimes and rest :grin:

Each time I have been tested directly after NZFBB comps, just always get selected. Rather time consuming though! 2nd time was 3 bottles of pump water, 1 powerade, nothing, ate a meat pie and hey pesto, the drug people had to wait over 2 hours haha Thats what happens when you are nearly dehydrated!

Food: vogel+PB, 4 whites 1 yolk, tuna+potato,4 whites 1 yolk, vegies+trim pork -thought for a change, it was arse, have it for lunch tomorrow to :( having a hot choc now yummo :D

Ha ha d'oh having a blonde moment, but hey they both start with "C". I'm so lucky all you fellas are so quick. I was in a bit of a rush as I did have to dash as my mate called and said quick 9pm viewing of Indianna Jones and it was like 8.35pm so I had to drive like a lunatic to town. Yep in my gym gear still with hair on end. If any police read this, I mean I drove carefully to town within the 50km speed limit. Indi is so cool! Didn't think much of that bird in it, shit can't remember her name, the ants should have eaten her!

Today I have a bit good and a big bad ass!

I ate my egg whites, chicken salad ra ra then busy with stuff tonight over 4 hours without eating and got home and binge ate way too much yucky food and feel sick - bad bad bad girl!

I did do a bodycombat 50mins this morning and 40 min run tonight, but I think what I just ate whipped that excercise!

Just over 4 months to go to my competition and can't really afford to to do this agin, I know having meals ready would help but I am usually so organised and got caught out. Not cool Biggurl not cool :evil: If anyone has gone through this let me know

I've seen a couple of competitors go thru just that....sux, eh!

Hint: before you take the hi-cream double-fat nuts-with-everything icecream, remember that the person on stage next to you at the comp put the lovely tasty hi-cal option back on the shelf and settled for a bottle of water and ten little almonds which she chewed one by one til they were all gone =P~ They're still making junkfood, it'll be there afterwards and you can have all the pizza, popcorn and crap you want....the day after you walk off the stage with the trophy in your hand!

You can't beat yourself up about it doll. In my case its usually 'cos I'm not organised and have a FCUK IT moment, and just eat whatever's in my sight lol. The advice that was given to me and helped the most, was just to carry on with my next meal as normal, don't change the plan or adjust because you made a mistake. Do a little extra cardio if it makes you feel better.

I'd just workout extra hard tomorrow chica! Get back on that wagon ;)
