Hey poos haha that never gets old! Yeah I'm silly!

I was doing 3 days cardio but my mate said I need to do 5 days cardio now so I can loose 5/6 kgs over next month or so, then maintain then drop last bit just before comp.

5 days from this week, 45mins, however with 2 kids it is difficult to fit it in. No excuses this week as lady of leisure till I start my new job Monday week.

I will get a bike for home soon so I can do mornings/evenings or whenever I can, whether I have my kids or not (alternate weeks). Yay can't wait, can watch telly and sweat in my lounge hmmm ok that sounds weird!

Day of rest/cheat today, well not really, running around after kids, went to the circus, pretty healthy diet except a donut for m/t and couple of biscuits with coffee in the afternoon. Pfff wasnt' that great either! Food that is, Circus was awesome!

LOL. Yeah it cracks me up when I'm having a serious discussion yet am being referred to as "poos" :pfft:

5 days of 45mins cardio sounds brutal.. but then again, sounds better to be putting in the hard yards now rather than closer to the comp :nod: The home bike sounds ideal!

Hmmm buggered if I know Biomax, just what my mate has me on, she is on her way towards her Pro Card so I'm listening. Plenty of other protein throughout the day so who am I to argue. I can ask though and will let you know :grin:

Hey Biomax, asked my mate re first meal vogel+PB:

"The first meal is good fats and carbs. Are you expecting protein with every meal? The point of the nutrition plan is weight loss, so there will be sacrifices made somewhere. You get your protein intake from the other meals."

Over the next 4 weeks my plan is 5 days weights 5 x cardio 45mins or more and loose 5-6 kgs. I will then be at my comp weight of 64kgs. Then the following months will be shaping/leaning/gaining size for 27 Sept comp :grin:

Today it was freekin cold!

20 mins bike L13

50 mins bodybalance class - sore bum from this hmmmm :shock:

Lunch

1 hour shoulders:

Rotator Cuffs warm up

Cable raises 10 x 9kgs - 4 sets

HS Press 20kg Plates 10, 10, 6

DB Press 10kgx10, 12.5x10, 12.5x10

Laying DB Rear Delts 6kgx12 - 4 sets

Shrugs 20kg DB's x 10 SS with UR Rows 20kgsx10 - 3 sets

Rockys to finish 12.5 kgs x 10 (20)

1 hour walk home from gym

Food: vogel+PB, 4 egg whites/1 yolk, tuna+300gm pumpkin, 4 eggs/1 yolk, lean beef+veggies, 1 WW hot choc yummo :)

Calves a bit sore from today, not sure if from 20mins bike or from my 1 hour power walk home from town.

Rather not say 2guns, this isn't a gossip forum.

Poos: Rotator Cuffs exercises I just do internal with like very small weight arm at right angle, elbow touching side then towards body int, then ext away from body. Also holding small weights as if going to do shoulder press, to right angle, then again full lowered.

Dunno what I'm on about? Bit like this geezer:

Yea for me, I try and do protein with every meal, but that's just me and I am no pro :pfft: I would think that I little whey prot. with the breakfast will do more good than bad especially to help preserve muscle mass after a 8-10 hour fast. Just my thoughts on the subject.

But whatever you do, best of luck, I will follow this thread to see how things pan out,maybe we can learn something new here :wink:

Seems to be working Biomax lost a bit of weight since started new diet etc... so doing the trick :grin: Will see what I look like next week and what the scales say.

AM 45 min walk

PM Legs

Squats: 12x60kgs, 10x80, 10x90, 6x95kgs PB

Leg Ext: 12x63lbs, 10x69, 10x74, 10x74

Leg Press: 10x120kgs x 4 sets of 10

HS Deadleft 10x40kgs x 3 sets

Lying LC 10x74lbs, 10x78, 10x81

Hmmm bit weak on the rest of my excercises from the dam squats!

Food: vogel+PB, 4 egg whites 1 yolk, tuna+100gm potato, 1xtrim flat white, 4 egg whites 1 yolk, beans+tuna, 1xWW hot choc

1 hour walk to gym

50min bodycombat - man that stuff my knees!! What a sweat fest!!!

1 1/2 walk home, took a bit of a detour

Legs are well and truely screwed!

Hi Poos, yep diet is all good, will weigh myself tomorrow and see if I have come down from 70.6kgs, I feel I have. Enjoying my time off, not many more sleeps till I start my new job on Monday. Its cool just to swan about make my meals when I feel like it and just walk everywhere and not be in a rush. Conked out on the couch for a wee nap even haha

Are you a george foreman grill addict (e.g. with the chicken)? (I love mine :) ) And given you eat so much tuna - I figured you must have a favourable brand/flavour (or does flavour depend on whether you are on or off-season!)

PS: Good luck with the weigh in. Other than undoubtedly feeling lighter (after all that cardio and clean eating) do you feel less bloated with the new diet changes?
