Hmmm yeah I wish, just looks flash when I train and pumped. Upper body is coming along nicely but lower body takes a bit longer hence the 5 months to fine tune :D

Yep, know the feeling! My legs aren't shabby, but upper body's taking a while to get with the programme.

ha ha funny boy, what a great idea!

When you've been married as long as I have, you learn that sort of thing :P

..but it gets worse - my wife likes to read, so she carries the clothes, I get the [heavier]bag o'books to tote! [Of course, that also stops me from seeing how much she spent on clothes!]

Donuts with custard and chocolate - yes I believe they are called Boston Creams :shifty: haha

Just went up Friday arvo to hang with a mate for the weekend, took today off work.

Saturday night went all around the Viaduct - every bar  , Fort Street (down that alley way) to a couple of clubs, gay club "Family" on K road  amongst other places. Bloody tiring walking around Auckland, then I had to drive back to the Hibiscus Coast in the pissing rain and my hair was an afro by the end of the night :pfft: Nice cup of tea and out like a light (weight baby).

Thanks poos. Trained with my buddie and she hasn't trained in months and she was cracking out almost the same so I thought I better up my game even though my legs and knees were a bit jaded from my run. Feeling good today though a little stiff.
