Awesome lifts? I am a bit weak at the mo, so weights will go up \:D/

I'm at Les Mills Extreme however love heading out to the Hutt for variation.

Unfortunately I didn't get to the Wellington show for a geez. I have given up drinking now however on Friday 11th April I went out till the wee hours pissed as a chook all over Wellington acting the goat with my brother  I was a right off the next day and didn't venture outside till 7pm  and totally missed going!!!

Yes 5 months countdown and though last comp weight was 64kgs it is a 6kg difference to loose presently, I will need to be a lot leaner this time around as I want to compete then place at Nationals here in Wellington 18 October, and I think there will be quite a few GREAT competitors in my category this year, which is not usually the case (1-3). So I really need that 5 months to fine tune, gain some size and get ripped to bits. I have some photos from 1 April, however will do some for 1 May and (monthly updates) pop them on here for critique with my head missing of course

If you're shrugging 60kg for reps, you must have awesome shoulders :)

The show was good, Team Les Mills had some awesome folks there - was Mandy one of them? Lotsa vocal support from the crowd too.. I think a lot of folks are aiming for the Sep NZFBB show to get them ready for the Nats...it's gonna be well worth the drive over the hill!

Wow, you're getting well stuck stuck in, this far out from Masterton!  That's commitment! Mind you, folks are saying that there'll be heaps of competition in both the open and novice classes with the Natls in Wellington a few weeks later. Keep it up!

Yeah man there will be some mean competition so 5 months should do the trick

Sounds like it'll be worth the drag over th hill (mind you, this morning I feel 'over the hill' already  )

With your background, are you going open or novice?
