Mcdonalds is awefull man! Half the calories in a burger are from the fats. I can only imagine what else it does to your insides

yeah I know..it was joking :)

You said your cholesterol is 3.5 earlier so that is all good mate, keep doing what you're doing as you're making great gains..and eating all those eggs doesnt seem to be doing anything detrimental so all good mate..cook us some eggs bitch! :pfft:

Was suggested the above shake by a mate of mine who is pretty massive.

Guessing he meant Dextrose Post Work Out, Olive Oil Pre Work Out?

Yeah thats what he probably meant...or should have meant.

As well as what dale said, fats taken in the 2 hour (or so) PWO window are more likely to be stored as fat. Same theory as carbs replenshing glycogen stores...

As far as food goes I am eating more and more and more I must be eating 4 times more than before including 2 mass building shakes. The more I eat the better I am feeling but there must be a limit to this. I put all my food on the table for a day and go like holy Sh%$T I cant surely be eating that much but I am.

I guess if I am not putting on fat then I cant be eating too much.

Haha! I'm the opposite. Have all my food out and am like "WTF?! Is that it??!" I would keep an eye on your measurements.. if you're gaining too fast, then scale back a bit on the foodz.

All the extra cals must be doing wonders with your strength though!

Yeah I seem to be getting quite a bit stronger but no bigger really, although I feel bigger and stronger and people say I am looking bigger, but I havnt gone up on our bathroom scales..........I guess its prob just a change in my body composition..........I really am eating four times as much as I was I cant understand how I am not putting on weight.

The nutrition shop guy told me that my metabolism will be getting faster with the regularly sized and spaced meals. He used the analogy of a fire that you throw a log on every two hours gets bigger so that to maintain it you would need to throw two logs on every two hours and so on.

Anyone else had this I know I know eat eat eat etc and I am eating more and more. I am going to up everything another notch again this week and try an extra shake maybe.

The dextrose in the shake post workout stops the break-down of protein for energy and leaves it for muscle repair is that basically right??
